I am rejecting this response because: My account has been paid as I said in my original complaint they said they saw where I paid it but that I have a second order and  I have one more payment which I only made one order.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
As per her request, I called Rush Card again about the pending charge of $74.97. They do have a policy that if a business charges for something twice. They will have one charge held pending for 10 business days before it goes back to the customer unless the company (Copper Chef or Tri-Star) releases the funds before hand. At some point today Copper Chef or Tri-Star released the $74.97, because when I did call Rush Card a supervisor who had told me about Rush Card's Policy and had told me that it would be Jan. 17, 2017 before the funds would be put back on my card, also found where the funds had been released, so the funds were put back on my card. When I tried to call the lady back with Copper Chef, I was put in touch with a man who told me that it did not matter how much I complained or who I complained to, it still would make no difference about the funds being held. I told him that evidently it did because the funds had been put back on my card appx twenty minutes before I talked to him and that I had just called to thank the lady for helping me out. I also told him that if I evvver ordered anything from Copper Chef again (and that was a very big if) I would get a money order and send to them. All I can say now is THANK YOU to who ever did what ever they did.THANK YOU!!!!!!

I purchased 3 pairs of  leggings and they are size 1x supposed to fit size 18-22 but my 12 year old granddaughter who I was going to give them to could not  even get them on and she is size 11. I did call before  my granddaughter tried them on they said they would return  $10..00  they returned $2.50 on 3-31-15 so I called them and on another transaction they gave me $7.50 back for a total of $10.00 well when Madison tried them on she could not get them on comfortable( to small that when I called them and they refused to help me out .They were advertised at 29.99 and they promised for 3.00 more I could upgrade so I did that and I dont know how my bill go tto$41.95 cant figure it out but I want a full refund of $31.95 back please help me with these unscrupulous people

Hello,I was told the documents was forwarded to the insurance company, but I have not received any confirmation that the documents has been received.  I will think someone from the insurance company will at least call me or mail a letter stating the documents was received and reviewed.  I did ask Astrid H[redacted] what is the trameframe , and he responded: He didn;t know the timeframe  the insurance contacts me.  I also, asked: Who can I contact. and Astrid H[redacted] responded: He will need to confirm the insurance company name.  They typically contact you.  Until this day, I haven't received the name of the insurance company, and not even a phone call or a letter. I don't even know if my documents has been received and being reviewed.  I will like for someone from the insurance company to contact me.  I will like for this to be all over.
