I am rejecting this response because I have tried to redeem the coupons.The email never comes. I stated this in my initial complaint. I hope I am making myself clear. The promise I was given when I purchased the pots and pans was that I would get $100.00 in coupons. I want the company to honor their promise.

Since I sent the original complaint, someone from copper chef called and told me that I had to pay the additional $99.00 before they would initiate any return and not turn me over to collection! So now there is an additional $99 that I have paid in addition to the first installment I was asking to be returned.
