I was not home to respond in time sorry just to let you know I did not get my email in time to respond and I am not agreeing with them that we should pay to and from fees for shipping I will take the $ and go buy the item they say they will replace it with and get a better deal all way around thanks for trying tho and I knew they wanted customers to pay there fee for postate both place after paying the money we payed good amount close to and then do this after it just being stored for winter is wrong .again thanks but I dont agree with them sorry I was gone not get email in time to reply God Bless

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I called on 11/21/and asked to speak to Asia H***A different associate from their corporate called me to tell me that my case was still being worked on by Rosa C [redacted] I asked what what being "worked on" The associate on the phone could not tell me because the file is lockedI told him I would not be calling anyone else as I had already called and or emailed at least times and Rosa has not called or emailed me backI told them that I do not want a new grill pan, but a new stove topI told them they have the worst customer serviceI am not chasing after themI sent them all the original requested papers and item back in Septof They have not followed through with anything other than telling me I need to sign a releaseI refuse to sign a release because I do not know what it is I am releasingI asked them what they where still working on and he could not answer mePlease take this complaint to the next level Regards, Matina Vitiello
