The company is misrepresenting itself The number that they confirmed is the number that I called and I did speak to a woman by the referenced name She told me that her company "TriStar" provides support for the product but that they are not Power Pressure Cooker XL and do not deal with missing parts for the product If she was misinforming me as to her relationship with the product company, that is a training issue The fact that the product company is lying and stating that she doesn't work there is shameful and this is beside the point that they are utterly avoiding the actual issue of a new machine purchased from them that is missing a part

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:TriStar is sending me in circles I have already spoken with them via phone several times, via email and via their survey to no avail This is why I resorted to the Revdex.com Now their response is for me to again call and be told what they already said which basically was "too bad", no reimbursement They do not state in their response what they are going to do or a specific person to talk to Their response is totally unsatisfactory If they are going to agree to reimburse the $they need to stop playing games and credit my account and then respond to the Revdex.com appropriately Thank you Regards, [redacted]

To whom it may concern,After an extensive review of our database and email system we are not able to locate an order with the information provided in this complaintIf this hose was purchased in a store, we would be happy to issue the customer a one time courtesy replacementShould the customer require a refund it will need to be returned back to the retail store it was purchased from as that is who collected the funds for the itemAs we are not the only manufacturer of this type of hose we do require proof of purchaseAs retail purchases are not logged in our database, and cannot be verified, we require either the original receipt or will accept emailed pictures of the box, front and bottom.Once this has been provided to us at [redacted] we will be happy to issue a replacement hoseOnce again, we have searched our email database as well as our order database and are not able to locate any communication from this customer.We will await the customer's emailed documentation so that we may further assist.Thank youFilomena
