Even though the time allowed has expired,in all fairness, I would like it to be noted that TriStar Products did in the end send a product replacement and that I am satisfied with the end resultI do not want it to stay in their record that I was not satisfied, I just did not receive the product in the allowable Revdex.com time frame to keep a complaint open.Thank you to everyone that was involved in resolving this matter

To whom it may concern,After an extensive search of our database we are not able to locate an order for this customerPre-Authorizations are done at the time of ordering for security reasonsThis pre-authorization shows validity of the account, if funds are availablePre-authorziation reversals are made to an account within 24-hours of ordering, on our partIt may take the customers bank 3-business to re-apply the funds back to the person's account and remove the hold on their endNo actual charges are made from our company until an item is actually shipped from our facilityAgain, the pre-authorization hold is removed on our end within 24-hours of orderingThe customer will need to contact their banking institution to find out what THEIR policy is in regards to pre-authorizationsWe cannot comment on a banks policy and procedure.As no funds were actually withdrawn from the account at pre-authorization there are no funds to return back to the customer's account.As we are not able to locate an account with the information provided we are not able to assist any furtherIf the customer placed an actual order with us they would receive an email confirmation of the order, and then a separate email confirmation when the item actually ships from the facility containing a tracking numberThank you
