The installer picked up the materials for the build on Friday, June 10th with the intention to do the build on Saturday, June 11thThe customer called us and informed us that the installer had not shown up yet, as scheduled, so our salesperson called the installer only to learn that the installer
had an unexpected eventThe installer called the customer to ask if the build could be moved back one day to Sunday, June 12th, and the customer agreedManagement and production do not work on the weekends so we followed up with the installer on Monday, June 13th to ensure the installation was completeThe GM learned that the build was completed but needed a different vent, so our GM sent out our warranty employee the same day (June 13th) and took care of itWe agree the installer should have contacted us about moving the build date, but we feel we acted promptly in response to the date change for the build and our GM would be happy to review this with the customer
