I am rejecting this response because: what world does it cost $to engineer a x shed? I will be Revdex.com the *** *** as well and they did not offer me a discount they did not even give me the military discount Your shed is subpar compared to your competitors who offer metal roofs and cost less The delivery person even though one of the door shock thingsif I would have known when I purchased there was going to be a fee to cancel I probably would not have bought it I have no evidence that you have done anything to get my money I have no plans and for all I know you lied The whole time in order to screw me out of money I will also be contacting the *** *** credit service and disputing the charge with them because I never received anything in exchange for $Also the delivery on the shed I purchased was two weeks late from the two weeks they said it would be delivered such a unprofessional company good day

We had an appointment last Thursday 4/to inspect and service the leaking ventThe vent was properly installed but there must have been some strong winds during the rain storm which blew water under the louvers of the ventOur GM spoke with the customer and he has since installed other vents
that he believes will keep out the windblown rain Our GM apologized to him for the lack of communication in setting up a service appointment and assured him that this is not common or acceptable practiceI also assured him that if there are any other issues with his shed that he can feel comfortable that we will indeed follow up quickly with him

We sent two different black top specialists to the customer's home to fix the damage that was done to the customer's driveway but the customer could not come to an agreement with themThe customer agreed to just be compensated for the damage and we have attached the agreement that was come toThe
customer also did want her building moved but did not agree to our pricing to do so, so we suggested that she seek out someone else to move the building and the customer agreed

I am rejecting this response because:we received in the mail a letter from the legal department from Tuff Shed dated July 5, that says "After careful
investigation into this matter, we have concluded that the issue with the gate stems from improper installation of the gate and Tuff Shed nor any of its representatives caused damage during the installation of your sheds Therefore, Tuff Shed respectfully denies any liability to your gate concerning the above referenced Claim."I am not sure if this means they are reopening this case or notPlease clarify

We plan to remove all shingles being used for leveling and will replace with blocking and wood shimsThe ones in the middle will also be replaced, as well, by using jacks on all four corners of the building to lift the structure high enough to allow us to replace the shingles

On behalf of Tuff Shed, I want to extend my sincerest apologies for the negative experience that you have had with our Installer, his crew and as a result your Tuff Shed purchase. I understand that the installer was extremely unhelpful and unwilling to compromise, and did not recognize
the foolishness of suggesting that he drop the shed materials in your driveway, then arguing over a matter of several feet to carrying his tools, equipment and building materials to your shed building siteI also understand your frustration dealing with him after he finished building your shed, as you examined his workAlthough the installer is devote in his faith, it is not acceptable that he questioned yours because that is a private matter At Tuff Shed, we pride ourselves on giving every customer a quality product and exceptional serviceWe want every customer to have a positive experience, from the point of sale to the completion of their shedI know that we let you down, and for that we are very sorry. I hope despite the issues on install day the shed was built to your satisfaction, and the product lives up to your expectations and you can enjoy many years of use out of your shed. We do train each of our staff and subcontractor representatives on how to properly handle customer issues and concerns, including how to avoid escalating problems that they are unable to resolve in the fieldYour concern was not handled properly, and we have taken steps to ensure that this situation does not repeat itselfWhen we spoke with the installer after we had discussed your concern, we sincerely thought that we had reached an understanding with him, so that your shed could have been built without further delay or incidentWe apologize that it wasn’t.
