RESPONSE?  WHAT'S UP WITH THAT??Tuff Shed can not set deadlines for themselves, or meet deadlines.. Tuff Shed needs to understand that this project was promised by the end of July- and this is November 22nd...By Tuff Shed not providing a response they are obviously not taking my complaint seriously, now they are blowing me off in front of the Revdex.com.......STILL PATHETIC

Our location reviewed the customer's order and the customer was correct that he was not credited for the costs of two of his windows and he was also not given the promotional discount that should have been applied to the order. We determined that the customer deserved a refund of $754 for the...

windows and the promotional offering. The customer also requested an additional $300 to compensate him for his troubles. We agreed to this so the customer's total refund will be for a total of $1,054.
