At this time, I have been contacted directly by Turkish Airlines, Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Turkish airlines has contacted me directly and required that I purchase a ticket for at least the same price or higher than original...

ticket price. I did not agree to this requirement as this was not my fault. Turkish Airlines did not acknowledge their fault. After several day of communications, I finally agreed to buy another ticket for my child online, however, their system does not let you buy a ticket for a child only (it should have an accompanying adult). Their policy was that I could only purchase it online (as initial purchase), and then they changed that saying that I can purchase over the phone or sales office. That means that they have policies for which they system does not allow. They apologized saying that they are upgrading their system and it will take some time. That mean that so called "Customer satisfaction policy" is not consistent with their systems and practices. They did not acknowledge that but apologized. I was also not able to purchase over the phone as they have some other restrictions, which I am not aware of, nor it is not in the contract nor it is in their "Customer satisfaction policies". After going back and forth for almost 10 days, I was tired of this and I simply decided to buy tickets for the whole family. This is all due to their system being not in compliance with their Customer satisfaction policies. I will make this travel and then I will not use them anymore. I don't even want to hear about Turkish Airlines.

Turkish Airlines still are trying to tell me that what I have seen with my own eyes was impossible. I have got a confirmation from...
