Review: On January *, 2015, I was confirmed to depart of [redacted] out of Skopje, Macedonia to Istanbul (IST) and then onward to Dubai and later to Manila on Emirates. I arrived 3 hours before my flight and waited about 1 hour until I saw the flight had been cancelled on the flight message board. I proceeded to wait in line at TK customer service window. When I finally got to speak to the lady and asked about the cancelation and what TK was going to do to get me to my destination, she said it was because IST's weather was bad. I asked her when was the flight canceled and why didn’t anyone call or email me as I am a [redacted] member ([redacted]). She said, the flight was cancelled yesterday a 4pm (i.e. January *, 2015). She proceeded to dodge the quest as to why nobody decided to notify me. I called my company HR travel representative who told me the flight from Pristina, Kosovo (PRN) to IST had just departed so the weather there appears fine. The lady said she could not help me with rebooking because it was a split ticket. I had to ask twice for a meal voucher. She also refused to provide hotel accommodations. I later checked the weather and flights for IST and confirmed what my HR travel rep said, that the weather was fine and the airport was receiving and departing planes. In other words, the TK customer service representative lied to me.

Understanding this information, it would seem that TK cancelled [redacted] or [redacted] (the day before) because too few passengers to make the flight profitable.

My company HR travel representative rebooked me to get me to my destination, but the change cost me and additional $498.64 ($388 in increase fares and $110.64 in EK cancellation fees). I also lost two (2) days of work in order for TK to save a bunch of money. That is another loss of $461.54 (wages). This is not right! TOTAL LOSS = $960.18Desired Settlement: $960.18 and to notify me when you decide to cancel a flight before I make the trip to the airport. That way I can use an alternate airport.

Review: My family (3 people)traveled by Turkish Airline flight #34 on June [redacted] from Houston to Venice with a stop at Istanbul (Ticket No.[redacted]). Due to the flight delaying, Turkish Airline had to arrange us stay overnight in Istanbul. We had to get a visa to get into the country ($30 US Dollar per person, Totally $90.00). The Turkish Airline Customer Service Counter in the airport told us to contact with Turkish Airline Customer Service to get the money back. I submitted a online request on the airline's Customer Contact Center (Feedback No.[redacted]) on July [redacted] but never get any response.Desired Settlement: Turkish Airlines should send us the $90 reimbursement ASAP.

Review: On 08/**/2014 I was flying with my family from Istanbul to Sofia(Bulgaria)fligth #1029.The flight was delayed with 2 hours and 25 minutes. For this reason we miss our other fly from Sofia to Varna-Bulgaria.According to Turkish Airlines -"Regulation on air passengers right "-section 2,article 7 (1)-for international flights less than 1500 kilometers,is two or more than two hours delay- We should be entitled for compensations of 250 Euro per passenger -750 euro for 3 passengers my wife -[redacted] and my son [redacted].On september ** I sended an email to their office in New York -[redacted] but I do not receive an answer. In my email I included Our tickets as attachmentThank You[redacted]Desired Settlement: They to compensate me and my family how is describe in the contract -REGULATION ON AIR PASSENGERS RIGHTS article 8-(1)When referred to this artical....for international flights ,the passenger shall be given:a)a compensation of Turkish Lira equivalent of 250 Euros per passenger

Review: Turkish Airlines is unlike every other airline that permits itinerary changes over the phone, website or even an app. Turkish Airlines surprisingly doesn’t.

People buy tickets from them not knowing that they have this unacceptable policy and then when a change is needed they find themselves fooled by the airline when they are being told you can only change a ticket by coming down to the airport.

Now, must people can’t spent a few hours to go down to an airport just for a ticket change as result problems arise. In my case after spending a lot of time on the phone trying to change the ticket which they refused and demanded an airport visit from me which of course I couldn’t the tickets went in into “No Show Status”

Now they claim they can ask me a few hundred dollars in fees just to reinstate the ticket.Desired Settlement: Like any other airline, a customer shouldn’t be required to travel to the airport just to change an itinerary. Neither does anyone know or even think that they will be asked such a thing when buying a ticket. I have made an enormous amount of phone calls the days before the flight that there is a problem on that day and I shouldn’t be charged “No Show” fees and other kinds of ridicules fees just reinstate my ticket.

Review: Hello. My experiences with Turkish Airlines have been always pleasant. From staff to Turkish food served during flights, there was nothing to complain about. However my last experience has been a true nightmare and I am going to try my best to be clear and concise on what happened.

On July **, 2012 I buy a return ticket with Turkish Airlines [redacted]-Instabul-Chicago-Orlando and back; the reservation number [redacted], Last Name: [redacted] and Ticket Number: [redacted]. The first flight is scheduled on [redacted] of July, 2012 while the return is on [redacted] May, 2013. For personal reasons I had to postpone my return flight and this is where the entire mess starts.

I call Turkish Airlines to ask for postponement. My request gets approved, and I am told I can pick a date to use the return flight anytime within 1 year of the initial flight date of the return flight, also I have to pay a $ 100 FEE WHEN I CHECK IN FOR THIS FLIGHT, and I don’t have to worry about having to pay the fee before the flight date. Also I receive a new Reservation Code which I should use when I call back to set my new flight date and it is [redacted] (Last Name: [redacted]).

Later on I ask again what do I need to set up my new flight date, they tell me just call us and choose a date with the help of an operator. I want to make sure the information I received about the fee is correct and they REASSURE ABSOLUTELY ALL I NEED TO PAY IS $ 100 before check in at Orlando. I call Turkish Airlines and choose [redacted] of December. Just two days before that I check back with Turkish Airlines to make sure my reservation is in order and all out of sudden, WITHOUT ANY WARNING AND EXPLANATION, my flight date has been changed from [redacted] of December 2013 to [redacted] of December. I call Turkish Airlines and nobody knows why really such a change has occurred and I spend another $50 on [redacted] credit and international Phone Calls talking to Istanbul because costumer service lines of Turkish Airlines are so confusing and helpless. With great fears that my flight might just change again for no apparent reason and for worse before I will be informed about it, I take my bus to Orlando early on the [redacted] December. I show up for check in 4 HOURS BEFORE THE FLIGHT, just when the check-in opens. American Airlines’s check-in employee tells me that all I have is a reservation but I don’t have a ticket number which is obtainable from Turkish Airlines only. I tell them I was there to pay the fee, and together we figure out that I can’t pay it at CHECK IN as told, because there is no Turkish Airlines in this airport, despite the fact that all Turkish Airlines operators I had talked ASSURED me that I will be able to pay at check in after having reviewed my full trip information which clearly stated that it would start in Orlando. American Airlines lady spends 3 hours trying to get in touch with Turkish Airlines to solve the problem. After about the second hour she reaches a seemingly helpful Turkish Airlines employee in NY who promises to send me a form by e-mail which I can use to make the payment, I confirm him my e-mail which he already has but the e-mail NEVER gets sent to me. Under this situation, I am FORCED to pay American Airline ($ 305.9) portion of the trip just to get to New York where I will have to catch my next flight and pay on the meantime the fee(proof attached as “Document 1). When I get to JFK I get informed that somehow my flight change fee has gone to $ 429 from $ 100 that I have been told all the way (and Turkish Airlines has abundant evidence throughout all my communications which you save for reference about this fee amount). I already spent $ 305.9 unexpected fee and as a returning student to Kosovo it is surprising I even had $ 100 extra, but indeed I didn’t have $ 429. I offer to pay online using my family finances and again Turkish Airlines fails to offer me that option. I am scheduled for next day have to spend 12 miserable hours in JFK. In the morning I have no other choice but pay the$ 429 (proof: attached as “Document 2”). Adding to all this that Turkish Airlines fails one more time to arrive on time to Istanbul, I miss my connecting flight Istanbul – [redacted], and what looked like a 2 weeks nightmare with Turkish Airlines extends one more day. Because of all the suffering I have considered preparing a lawsuit but today I am filing this complaint with the hope of receiving your understanding and solving this issue between us. All of the above struggles you have thrown on my way were posed in the worst possible time in the middle of academic assessment (exam week) and the stress I have faced has not only affected me but have also burdened with tremendous stress my family.

Summary:

1) I have to pay American Airlines $ 305.9 which you were responsible to cover

2) From $ 100 change flight fee imposed on me is $ 429 charging me illegally $ 329

3) $ 50 on unnecessary phone and [redacted] calls

4) $ 200 compensation for personal distraught

Total refund request: $ 934.9

I request a minimum of $ 934.9 refund to reimburse the fraudulent charges on me. USE ALL EVIDENCE YOU HAVE and I know you save phone calls and you’ll see that all of the above statements are true to the last word.

My Wells Fargo Bank information where the refund can be deposited are:

Account Number: [redacted]

Routing Number: [redacted]

In case my requests gets approved my faith in Turkish Airlines will be restored and I will not only continue to be a loyal passenger of yours but will also let other relatives and friends know that even if Turkish Airlines messes up, they’re willing to take responsibility

If I receive a denying response or no response at all I will:

- Use all Community Service Free Help at [redacted] Law School to prepare a sue package to Turkish Airlines

- Contact BBC;s Fast Track to help my story reach and warn potential passengers about flying with Turkish Airlines. (example: [redacted] )

- Consult my at-home lawyer about procedures I need to follow to get my rights under Consumer Rights Protection

In my possible sue, I will include the personal damages by this experience which is anxiety having to spend hours of frustrating communications with Turkish Airlines in the middle of my University Exams and all the stress caused to my family after leaving me wandering in airports for three days, plus the unnecessary phone call costs. In total I would be entitled to at least $ 5000 according to my first consultative meeting with Law School consultants.

I apologize if you find my complaint any bitterly toned. I can guarantee you this is mildest way I could put what I have gone through with this flight. I repeat that I believe you company is an excellent one, up to the point when you get to deal with its information systems! Every single time I talked to an operator, they had to make multiple additional phone calls to put all pieces together; you have a lot of work to do in synchronization for example. I hope my complaint will in fact serve you as a great source of feedback and clue on what Turkish Airlines need to improve to stay competitive in this tremendously difficult market.

Best regards,

(As stated in my complaint form I have originally submitted my initial complaint to the company itself; they took 7 months just to send the most generic reply in which they completely ignored my claims on having set me up for failure when they told I could pay at check in and having then paid 429 instead of 100. I forgot to mention when we talked that all of these costs added to exactly a new ticket's price which I would have gotten without all the headache these guys gave for all of these days I was dealing with them.)Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is a monetary refund, whether cash or direct deposit into my bank account.

Review: I traveled on Turkish Airlines to [redacted] to Ukraine from May ** through June *, 2014. Travel was through Turkish Airlines on an Economy Semi-Flexible Fare, which according to Turkish airline representatives could allow for change in route and/or change in date if available. There is no clarity on this issue and yet I had to rely upon this in my travels. The flight and services on the flight were fine, but the customer service and the false statements provided by Turkish Airlines as to their policies are problematic.

On or about May **, I changed my travel plans to fly to Kiev, Ukraine from [redacted], Ukraine and tried to change my flight on Turkish Airlines but was initially unable to get through after multiple attempts. It was not until I arrived in Kiev on May ** that I reached Turkish Airlines. By that time, I had already checked into a hotel in Kiev and been told that I need to prepay my entire stay at that hotel or my passport would be retained until payment was received. It was only at that point that Turkish Airlines informed me that I could not change my flights because they claimed there were no seats available and that a change in route was not permitted. However, it was clear that seats were available for flights out of Kiev to DC via Istanbul and that I had received misinformation on the route issue. Left with no options, I booked a flight on UIA back to [redacted], arranged airport transportation, and a hotel in [redacted]. I requested a refund from the Kiev hotel for the second night, but they refused to issue such a refund and regarded the phone calls to Turkish Airlines as equivalent to one night's stay in their hotel. The hotel also declined to provide me with a complete phone bill. In addition, I incurred costs from Ukraine International Airlines for my trip back to [redacted] from Kiev. I also incurred taxis fees in [redacted] and hotel along with a transfer fee from the Kiev hotel to the Kiev Airport.

Over the past few months, I have contacted both the U.S. Department of Transportation and Turkish Airlines about this issue and have been only been offered by Turkish airlines possible reimbursement for phone calls to them (only after production of a phone bill which the hotel has been unwilling to produce). Turkish Airlines has informed me that they will not pay my hotel stay even if the hotel regards this as equivalent to the phone calls costs made to Turkish Airlines.

It is disappointing that Turkish Airlines refuses to resolve such a simple issue in a timely manner and prefers to drag issues out and/or ignore them. I fly regularly to Eastern Europe and will choose other carriers that do not try to cheat their customers through deceptive ticket sales.Desired Settlement: I request that Turkish Airlines refund the fare difference and/or pay for the costs of the telephonic call charges represented by the room charge. and/

Review: I was trying to find out about tickets put accidentilty purchase them. I called the company right away to notify them that I had made a mistake, I called the main company, thier partner company and all the phone numbers that they have provided to get in contact with them. It took 15 different phone numbers to get in contact with them. Then they tell me I will be refunded within 5-7 business days. It has been over a month and I have still not received a refund. I followed up via email and calls but email says they changed the email address so input message or complaint in different website. I inpute the message and they say they will get back to me but it has been 3 weeks and I have not received any notification. their phone number of ###-###-#### has a waiting period of 40 minutes. I called 4 times and was on hold for 30-40 minute. I was able to get through one time but the representative told me that he doesn't speak english and he hung up on me.

this is the email I received from them:

Review: I had been going back and forth with Turkish Airlines for weeks buying and changing tickets with them. The flight I finally flew on had a long layover and I was told by them that the airline would pay for a hotel stay. This seemed odd to me so I went back and forth for clarification. not once did they tell me that I would need a visa in order to use this hotel stay, nor was I told the price. When I got to passport control I wasn't allowed into the country without a visa so I had to purchase what amounted to a $20 visa, I ended up paying 25. $20 is equal to 14, the lady deliberately overcharged me because I complained about buying the visa I wasn't informed I had to buy.Desired Settlement: I want my money back.

Review: I have been treated very unprofessionally and unfairly by the Miles&Smiles program of Turkish Airlines. Due to the character limit, I am unable to give you all details but I can document everything upon request. On July **, 2012, Turkish Airlines personnel made an unacceptable and big mistake. Because of this, my miles were redeemed with an EIGHT-MONTH delay to my account ([redacted]). During that EIGHT-MONTH delay, I initially decided to give up my Miles&Smiles account and opened a Miles&More account, and redeemed my new miles to my new Miles&More account ([redacted]). However, after eight months, Turkish Airlines had a comprehensive revision of their customer service and they finally acknowledged their mistake and redeemed my miles. However, during that eight-month delay, because I had had my new miles redeemed to my Miles&More account instead of Miles&Smiles, I missed the chance of being a Star Alliance Gold Member (because my miles were divided between two separate frequent flyer programs). Apart from this, an eight-month delay in redeeming miles is totally unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I cannot associate this type of a customer service with a Star Alliance member. I asked several times that Turkish Airlines provide me with an appropriate compensation because of their unacceptable eight-month delay, but they approached it very unprofessionally and arrogantly refused it.

Since I missed the chance of being a Star Alliance Gold Member, and since I experienced an eight-month delay in having my miles redeemed, Turkish Airlines has to pay for it. But the airline arrogantly refuses to do it although I asked for it several times. The most recent time that I contacted Turkish Airlines was January [redacted], 2014 (feedback number ##[redacted]#). As a last resort, I would like to escalate this case to Star Alliance. I would be grateful if you could help me have my loss compensated. I was treated very unfairly, and I simply cannot associate this type of a customer service to a Star Alliance Member. I believe that you would also ask for compensation as well if you had gone through the same experience and had been treated so unfairly by Turkish Airlines.

I can document everything, and I would be really grateful if you could help me have my loss compensated.

Thank you,Desired Settlement: Because Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles program treated me unfairly and caused an eight-month delay in redeeming my miles, I lost the chance of being a Star Alliance Gold member. Thus, I am asking for $5000 monetary compensation as equivalent to a Star Alliance Gold Membership.

Review: Today, Feb [redacted], 2015, I purchased an arline ticket on /www.turkishairlines.com/. My airline ticket was issued without my middle name although I made sure that it was included while making my reservation. I was concerned after my ticket was issued. I called the customer service of Turkish Airlines and I was told that not only I cannot travel with my ticket but that my ticket is not refundable and no changes can be made. I would like to file a complaint because it is not my responsibility if there is a bug in their system and my ticket was issued improperly.Desired Settlement: I would like to kindly request Turkish Airlines to update my full name (First: [redacted], Last: [redacted]) on my airline ticket (ticket #[redacted], Reservation Code: [redacted]).

Review: I purchased airline tickets on Feb **, 2015 to take a flight from New York JFK airport to Antalya Turkey for July ** 2015 to August [redacted] 2015. When I got to the airport in Antalya Turkey on Aug [redacted] to board my flight for New York, I was told that I could not get on that flight and that my first flight had been changed to 11 am. (My flight was scheduled for 3:30pm). They could show no proof that they changed my flight. I was given a receipt that had my original flight time on it (3:30pm). I was told that if me and my wife wanted to get back to New York we would have to pay for new tickets. We spent 2 hours on the phone with a customer service rep from Turkish airlines. We were given no refunds for the flight they didn't let us get on and were forced to pay $2,600.00 for new tickets to get a flight for 3:45am. We were left abandoned in an airport in a foreign country. We tried to dispute the 2,600.00 with Turkish Airrlines but they did not want to take resposibility. I had to contact family members in the US to try to send me money so I could get home.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded for the 2,600.00 that they made me pay them in order to get home. My tickets were paid for long in advance. They over booked the flight and did not want to take resposibility. They just wanted to steal our hard earned money.

Review: Turkish Airlines charged me $2,219.12 for my bags. This was excessive. The same bags that I came with only cost me an additional $400.00. I returned with the same luggage. Two of my bags weighed less than 30 lbs. Three of my bags weighed under 15 lbs. Two bags wrapped together weighed less than 30 lbs. I was allowed 20 kg. I was approximately 30 kg over this allowance which did not amount to the $2,219.12 I was charged. I contacted this airline on November **, 2013 regarding this serious matter of concern and requested a full refund of my money. They have not responded.Desired Settlement: I request a full refund back to my credit card in the amount $2,219.12. Thank you.

Review: My family wanted to take a trip from Houston, TX to Tehran and I was stupid enough to book their itinerary through Turkish Airlines!

On August **, they flew from Houston to Tehran with a connection in Istanbul. There, in flight# TK0874 they rudely made my old mother and little sister to go and seat at the back of the airplane next to the lavatory, even though I had selected seats 13E and 13F a few months ago in advance and had paid extra money for them. My mother has an issue with being in small areas and the intensified vibrations of the plane at the tale part did not help her problem at all.

I am very disappointed, not only because of what they did but also their lack of manner. The worst customer service ever.

Sincerely,

Review: My son [redacted] is as of the flight date (Monday 06/**/2014) 11 years old and has to fly as unaccompanied minor. Knowing that on April [redacted], I called the airlines and purchased an "unaccompanied minor" ticket, with all the information they required from me. I was informed that a fee for escorting him between planes etc. needed to be paid at the airport.

On the day of the flight we got to the airport, checked in, waited for the boarding; he boarded and then someone escorted him out of the plane, because, it turns out, Canada Airlines does not allow unaccompanied minors to change planes.

At that time it was to late even for one of us to buy a ticket and bring him to Toronto.

After hours I could reach THY and informed them about their error.

We have family in Turkey, and Faruk was going to another trip from Istanbul following Sunday. My first priority was to get him there on time to catch that trip.

After spending countless hours on the phone to reach a customer representative every day; and suggesting that in case he can not change planes they should fly me out to any of their destinations with a direct flight; they informed me that everything was arranged and confirmed and we should get to the airport on Friday. The flight was Minneapolis-Washington-Istanbul with United Airlines flight from Minneapolis to Washington.

They assured me that they confirmed it with United.

We, again, went to the airport and suffered the same fate.

With no way of catching the trip in Turkey, the money paid for that is a total loss for us, not to mention the phone money I paid to even reach THY (the wait is about 40min every time), the person you reach does not know anything about your case. You get a file, they close, because they decided they are done, then you have to open a new one.

The psychological toll on our family is hard to mesure. My 11 year old son was reduced to a sobbing mess 2 times in a week, where everybody around eyed us suspiciously. The summer programs of my son, my dad, my mother-in-law, my sister-in-law and his cousin and my husband and me were derailed.

after all that THY offered to give me money if I'd like to fly him out to a direct fight destination.

For us it was too little too late.

The only thing they condescend to, is to pay my money back;"uncut" THY says like it was a favor to me. Which they still didn't do.

I tried to reach the offices here (in NY and Chicago). Nobody answers the phone. One has to know the extension. Any time you push a number to speak to an operator, the phone shuts off.

I talked to numerous "customer representatives" over the time, they just fill out new forms and depending how defensive they feel about their employer, either insult me or empathize.

I want to be at least compensated for the money I lost. I made a good faith transaction with them. I arranged for the trip at the end of that week, to allow for unseen events like weather, delays etc. While buying the ticket I disclosed all information.

I was assured TWO times that everything was OK. Tried to resolve it with them up until now, but after dealing with this and getting the treatment I got, I think it is time to complain to others.Desired Settlement: I like my money for the ticket back and want to be compensated for the trip money, Faruk had to miss because of their mistake. It would be nice to be compensated for all the time and money I lost waiting at the phone too.

Review: I purchased a turkish airline ticket from ny to erbil with multiple connection, my connection in barcelona spain was missed due to not receiving my boarding pass, there was no one at the turkish airline desk more than 60 minutes before the flight.Desired Settlement: I want a new ticket from ny to erbil

Review: I should start with that almost 2 months ago I was flying with Turkish Airlines from JFK to Sofia, Bulgaria with a connecting flight in Istanbul. I was with 2 suitcases. When I arrived at my final destination, one of the suitcases was missing. It was supposed to arrive the next day but it never did. On the 5-th day, I filed a content list to the airline through their site and received an automatically response that the case has been handled and within a week I will hear from them. I was checking at the airport every day but nothing was coming out. On the second week, it turned out that the suitcase didn't arrive in Istanbul and after my non-stop calling every day, a week after they happened to find out that it didn't load in New York. They have no record of it, no news, no tracks and location. After almost 2 months without a suitcase (filled with brand new designer clothes, gifts from trips to the Carribean and so on) which has disappeared without a trace, I am doing my best to seek some help from other instituitions which may be more sufficient than the "excellent" customer service which Turkish Airlines provides. I didn't receive an explanation about my case and what is the reason for disappering. In the end, they offered me $ 1000 which is not even the estimated amount that I have stated ($1500). It is not my fault that they are neglectant about luggages. My plead to you is to require from them a written statement and to cover the stated amount and the taxes I have paid for the second suitcase in the other airports. I will be looking for my rights to a higher instance if they refuse to compensate for the loss.Desired Settlement: Please, make sure they receive the complaint and to be more responsible and take care of their customers. I expect the desired compensation and not having to bother for another couple of months with them.

Review: I filed a complaint with Turkish Airlines (TK [redacted]) on February **, 2015, and although I have been calling regularly and have sent [redacted] messages inquiring about the status of my complaint, the airline is yet to respond. I traveled from [redacted] to [redacted] via [redacted] on February **, 2015, but my flight from [redacted] was delayed for about two days. Turkish Airlines only gave me accommodation for the first night and did not provide internet access or two free phone calls. I spent the second day and night at the airport and Turkish did not provide hot meals during this time. I missed my connecting flight to [redacted] and subsequent flight to [redacted], which cost me $317.58 due to the airline’s failure to provide sufficient notice about the changes in flight plans. Additionally, Turkish Airlines failed to provide the low lactose meals that I had requested and I arrived at my destination suffering from significant discomfort. I included documentation of my expenses with my complaint.Desired Settlement: I would like Turkish Airlines to resolve the issue by reimbursing my expenses and providing additional compensation based on my passenger rights.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Turkish Airlines, Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: (1) The airline has simply informed me that "the services provided such as announcement services, free of charge reservation alterations, fare refunds, the chance to make phone calls, hot and cold beverage service, catering service, and accommodation/transport service-vary depending on flight distance and waiting periods. In the investigation conducted, it has been found that delay announcements were made during the waiting period and that all our passengers were provided with catering service." However, delay announcements were not made in English during my time at the airport and I was not provided with any hot meals. The airline also has not addressed the fact that they refused to re-route me to [redacted] despite doing so for another passenger. (I had made this request both prior to the flight and at the airport when my connecting flight was cancelled.) (2) The airline has indicated that it will respond to my request regarding the expenses I incurred, but it is yet to do so (invoices attached).Thank you very much for all your assistance! Sincerely,

Consumer
