receiving your last letter we found that it had been assigned to a representative and the customer had not yet been contacted
This order was placed in July of The customer’s welcome package was actually delivered on July 15, During her confirmation the customer was pleasant and had a complete understanding before giving permission to enter the order on her behalf
According to the records, the first time that we spoke with the customer (after the order was entered), was on September 10, The customer spoke with customer service and gave them a change of addressThat change was made immediately and we have been providing service as promised
As explained earlier, the representative has been unable to reach the customer and she has not returned our calls
If the customer should make contact with you, please have her call her representative
