Thank you, we did receive your letter earlier this month regarding the above accountIt was turned in to our customer care department for a complete review
We take great pride in the services we provideOnce an order is accepted for final processing, it takes a substantial investment on our part, to guarantees the price and services for the full term of the orderThe last thing we want is a service problem or misunderstanding
Our records do show that the order was placed in August of We believe that the customer was not in Florida at the timeHowever, as he had requested, his service was to start thereThe records also show that the customer’s welcome package was actually delivered to his Florida address on September 3, During his confirmation the customer was pleasant, and had a complete understanding, before giving permission to enter his order
In early June of this year, a representative turned in a request for change of address to the customer’s Texas addressThat process began immediatelyWe did not indicate any product returns, calls or prior complaintsUp to this point everything appeared to be going exactly as scheduled
At the end of June, after the change of address had started, we received a note regarding a failure to deliver productsThis was the first service complaint that we received, we were sure it was due to the recent change of address
Each publisher has different processing and publishing datesSo it is not unusual if an address change takes a while to re-establish itselfOur customers who move frequently usually give us a month notice before movingShould copies be missed, we simply extend service to make up for themMost customers enjoy that feature
Further, the new address is not a home addressIt is a CMRA (commercial mail receiving agency)They forward mail on to a location in Mexico for customer pickup
We are sorry if there was a misunderstanding on the latest billing amountWe indicate that the last payment received was in MayThe June payment did not complete processing and was returned to the customer’s accountLater statements would have reflected a late charge
The representative assigned to this account, has been attempting to reach the customer but has been unsuccessfulHer calls are not meant to harass, but to service the account properlyShe has left messages but has not received a return call
Please have the customer give his representative a callShe has been waiting to hear from him and is more than happy to help in any way possibleWe will keep your offices informed

Readers Service’s response to my Revdex.com complaint with disbel8if. The date of their initial contact with me
appears to be accurate. That is the only
thing in their reply that is accurate
This reply
is to dispute their characterization of events and to set the record straight
It is true
that I received a phone call from one of their representatives in Oct
2015. As I understood her spiel was that
I was to received magazines of my choice and a gift of a diamond men’s watch
for the payment of $that night and then another payment of $the
following month electronically withdrawal from my checking account. These terms are what I agreed to. Much to my surprise, Primetime readers withdrew another $in
January. At which time I wrote cancel my
account on the bill which said due in Feb.
After they once again withdrew $in Feb and Mar and In
accordance to federal law I send a written revocation of their direct debit
authorization. This request was honored
Then in the
first part of April, I send a separate written request to cancel my
account. On Apr I received a form
reply only re***d their policy. No
where did they once disputed my reasons for my cancellation request
In May
a representative, told me via phone that
I could not cancel because I had only made payments and that I had more
payments yet to make. This was the very
FIRST time I was ever made aware that
their terms was for a period in excess of months. This would have totaled to more than $
for five magazines subscriptions or $per magazine. An exobriant cost. If in fact Primetime would have been fore right
and fully disclosed their terms during the initial phone call. I would have never agreed to their
offer. I believe that any reasonable
person would have also declined their offer
At this time
I sent a request for debt validation specifically asking for a copy of the
signed agreement on May 25, via certified mail. This request was ignored. I sent a second request for validation and to
receive a copy of the signed written service agreement. Thesecond request was also ignored
Then on
Aug 2016. I was forced to file a formal
complaint with the Revdex.com
I am happy
to say that my issue has been resolved to my satisfaction. Even though it took nine months and
assistance from the Revdex.com
After
reviewing the many other complaints against this company. I do not understand why the *** *** ***’s
office has not closed down this business due to its highly unethical and
questionable legal business practices
