AS PER EASY READERS AUGUST 30, RESPONSE, IT WAS INDICATED THAT A "WELCOME PACKAGE" WAS SENT TO MY FLORIDA ADDRESS ON SEPTEMBER 3, 2015. I ASSUME THAT THIS DOCUCMENTATION INCLUDED THE WRITTEN TERMS OF THE SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT. I AM PRESENTLY RESIDING MOSTLY IN MY SECOND HOME IN MEXICO WHEN I AM NOT TRAVELING. I RETURNED TO FLORIDA DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS AND REVIEWED ANY MAIL RECEIVED DURING MY ABSENCE, WHICH IS SAVED BY MY SON AND PROPERTY MANAGER. NO EASY READER'S DOCUMENTATION WAS AVAILABLE FOR REVIEW IN THE ACCUMULATED MAIL. I HAVE NO WRITTEN DOCUMENTATION OF THIS SO CALLED "NON-CANCELLATION" SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT MADE OVER THE PHONE. I AM THEREFORE NOT ABLE TO ADDRESS WITH EASY READERS THE CONDITIONS OF THE VERBAL AGREEMENT. I ENTERED INTO THE SUBSCIPTION SERVICE OVER THE PHONE BECAUSE IT WAS EXPLAINED THAT THE TWO YEAR SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE FOR SIX MAGAZINES (INCLUDING, AS STATED BY EASY READERS, A WEEKLY DELIVERY OF THE SATURDAY EVENING POST) WAS DEEPLY DISCOUNTED FOR $PER MONTH (TO BE BILLED AT $EVERY TWO MONTHS). UNFORTUNATELY, I DID NOT NOTE DOWN THE EASY READERS REPRESENTATIVE THAT CONTACTED ME ON THE PHONE THAT MJAY HAVE MISREPRESENTED THE TERMS OF THE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE.I HAD NOT RECEIVED ANY WRITTEN LISTING OF THE MAGAZINES PROVIDED UNDER THE SUBSCRIPTION, UNTIL I RECEIVED A LETTER LISTING THE MAGAZINES FROM EASY READERS (*** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** ***), DATED AUGUST 2, 2016. I RECEIVED EASY READERS NOTICE (DATED JUNE 15, 2016) THAT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS CHANGE MAY BE DELAYED FROM TO DAYS. AS STATED IN MY JULY 19, LETTER TO EASY READERS (COPY FORWARDED TO Revdex.com), DURING MY STAY IN FLORIDA (MAY - JULY 10), I RECEIVED ONLY TWO COPIES OF THE SATURDAY EVENING POST AND THREE COPIES OF THE TV GUIDE. I CONSEQUENTLY, ON JUNE 23, 2016, FORWARDED A NOTICE TO CANCELL THE SUBSCRIPTION UPON MY RETURN TO MY SECOND HOME IN MEXICO ON JULY 10, 2016, I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY A LIMITED NUMBER OF COPIES OF MAGAZINES (ONE SATURDAY EVENING POST, THREE TV GUIDES AND ONE ARCHITECTURAL DIGEST). I ASSUME FOR THE MISSING MAGAZINES THAT THE CANCELLATION PROGRESS HAS PARTIALLY STOPPED DELIVERIES OR THE CHANGE OF ADDRESS HAS DELAYED DELIVERIES. THE MAIL SERVICE ADDRESS THAT I PROVIDED TO EASY READERS FOR THE CHANGE OF DELIVERIES ADDRESS HAS PROVIDED RELIABLE FORWARDING SERVICES TO ME FOR OVER TEN YEARS (THROUGH RECEIVING MAIL TO THEIR LAREDO, TX ADDRESS AND FORWARDING BY TRUCK TO THEIR MEXICO ADDRESS FOR DISTRIBUTION). IT MAY BE A SLOW PROCESS, BUT RELIABLE.REGARDING MY REFUSAL TO RESPOND TO ANY ADDITIONAL PHONE CALLS ( AFTER MY RECEIVING THE INITIAL CALLS, WHICH WERE ONLY STATEMENTS BY THE REPRESENTATIVE THAT I COULD NOT CANCEL THE AGREEMENT), PLEASE INFORM EASY READERS THAT ANY FURTHER COMMUNICATION FROM THEM MUST BE IN WRITING TO MY LAREDO, TX ADDRESS. THE HARRASHING CALLS (APPROXIMATELY SIX PER DAY WILL NOT BE ANSWERED. I CONTEND THAT EASY READERS, EITHER THROUGH FRAUDULENT PRACTICES OR NEGLIGENCE, HAVE BROKEN THE TERMS OF THE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES AGREEMENT DUE TO OVER BILLING AND NON-DELIVERY AND NEED TO ADDRESS THE ISSUES RAISED IN MY JULY 19, LETTER.

No resolution has been made. I do not want this to go to collections and I don't no how to make the monthly payments stop. They keep telling me five months from now, this is the third five months. I was told if I to cancel you only have a two week window after you sign up and then you can't cancel. I think I should be able to just tell them to cancel but they don't provide that option
