The records show that you placed the order on October 19, The tracking report showed that your welcome package was actually delivered on October 22, The second call that was mentioned, would have been the confirmation part of our processIt is very possible that if a confirmation representative was readily available, it was done on the same dayThat was when you and a representative reviewed the order completelyIt appears that you were pleasant and had a complete understanding before giving permission for further processing to begin
We show that we were scheduled to provide months of service and that you, would provide consecutive monthly paymentsNothing was detected that would have kept us from accepting your order
When adjustments are completed notifications are automatically sentonce you receive that, if you should have any questions, please give us a call

Phone call from consumerTaken by Revdex.com representative *** Consumer called to report that a representative from the company called her the week of 12/28/This representative told the consumer that she was willing to cancel the balance due and the contractConsumer states she had questions for
the company and was frustrated with the different answers she was getting. For instance, consumer thought the business was a charity and that she was donating to a charity when they originally called herThe nature of the company was not explained to her at the time of the initial contact by phone. One rep told her that the name VIP meant nothing; another told her it meant 'very important person.' Consumer claims she has not signed a contractConsumer states the representative who called her last week told her she was provided paperwork in the mail that contained information on how to cancelConsumer states she never received the packetShe is still getting magazines. Consumer told the representative that she did not want to argue with her and that she would contact the Revdex.comConsumer states the offer to cancel the contract was not finalized at the time of the phone call and does not trust what the representative told her. Consumer hopes Revdex.com can get confirmation from the company that the contract is cancelled and she owes nothing further
