Our records indicate that
"LETTER-SPACING: -0.1pt"> the application has been canceled through our office and no charge to the client’s credit card was ever made
The application was received on the morning of January 21stThe client emailed later the same day to cancel her request after our office was closed for the eveningIn the email to cancel the client acknowledged our hour cancellation policy
That same evening a few hours later, the client submitted this complaint to your office still within the cancellation period
Once our office opened on the morning of January 22nd one of our customer service agents replied to her email stating her application had been cancelled, the credit card had not been charged and the application would be shreddedIn her return email she replied: “Thank you very much.”
As the client submitted her Revdex.com complaint approximately hours after sending her application we feel our office was not given the opportunity to rectify this matter within the hour period we guarantee on our websiteAs such we strongly feel our company has been unjustly represented by the client’s complaint

I'm nervous about this company having my information, It seemed like the right site to go through because it looked like a State/Federal websiteI was incorrectThey charged our card quickly yet I still have not gotten confirmation from them! They didn't send information on where to send my ID and I wasn't even given an Order number! I contacted them to cancel my order but nothing yet! If I can't get this done before the 28th I don't want to get it done with themMy ID won't be Valid past that date

I filed the above case in April. I put the charge in dispute on my credit card. Since filing this complaint the company has left a message and spoke directly to me stating that "if I call the credit card company to remove the charge back, then they will be able to refund my money"My credit card company said not to do this. That they are actually fighting the charge back and will NOT refund any moneyI have this company lying on a recording from *** of this company. She stated that I would get my money back once the charge back has been canceledShe also stated that her phone system was down when I tried to rectify this situation back in March. Her phone system is working just as it has been each time I call. There is no way to speak with anyone unless you have an extensionThis just shows how dishonest this company is. I placed an order for a birth certificate and was charged $The order was canceled by vital chekIt turns out usvitalrecords charges you to do submit your information to vital chekThe company will not reburse me even though my order was canceledIts a scam

We have spoken with the client and have resolved this matter on August 13,
Unfortunately he received misinformation about our companyUpon speaking with the client he did realize we had been in contact with him in the appropriate time frameHowever, due to his email
settings our email acc idently went to his spam folderAfter speak ing with one of our highly tra ined customer service agents it was confirmed that the required information was sent to him via emailHe understands fully that we a re a legitimat e company and is pleased with our services

"We act as agents for expediting vita l certificate applicationsThis site is not affiliated with any federal, state, county or city governmentVita l certificates and forms may be ordered from the relevant government agency for a lesser costOur online service is open to the legal profession and general public to obtain original certified copies of state vital records."
Please see below that the client must agree that they have read the Terms of Service prior to submitting the applicationIf she would like to view our Terms of Service please have her visit our website as it clearly states we are not the government

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowWe have received the calls noted in the letter from *** at US Vital They told me it was imperative to talk to my wife, *** *** ***, since she was the one who requested the birth certificateWhile she has missed calls from them, she has returned all of the calls from them, leaving messages at the requested extensions *** *** recieved the last call on 2/10/in the morning and while she missed the call, she returned it with in minutes and still did not get to talk with anyone Left yet another message and did not get a call back ever
We are pleased US Vital is reaching out to us to try and resolve this, but the matter is not yet resolved

I still suggest US Vital find some way better ... more efficient ... to let people know they are at a site that only forwards your information onto VitalChek. You can do this through VitalChek directly and save yourself $52.00, PLUS if you go through US Vital it will take OVER a month to get your birth certificate (or possibly any other vital record you are needing) -- RIDICULOUS! -- I truly believe I went through VitalChek directly BUT according to them somehow I accessed US Vital's site -- I have no idea. VitalChek is the company that told me I should call and make a complaint because a lot of people are going through this same situation. I will say the lady I spoke with at US Vital "[redacted]" was very kind and helped me out tremendously and they refunded my money. I will say it takes a while to get someone though - BUT leave the message!!! don't hang up or it will not get resolved, US Vital makes lots of phone calls and most of the time are busy on other calls -- SOO you must leave a contact number and your reason for calling. They will eventually call you back.

We have looked into this matter and see that at this time we have received a billing dispute from the client's credit card company . As we pride ourselves in customer service the client has received a full refund of our administration fee.Should you or the client have any questions or require any additional information,please feel free to contact our office.

Once you enter your personal information to get a birth certificate from Puerto Rico in the order form it stays scrolling or idling and you never get a confirmation number. So I don't really know what are they doing with my personal data I just entered! Awful
