Revdex.com:
font-family: Verdana;">I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Regards,

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I was able to review the response.   When I received a phone call from them after I filed the complaint they indicated if I had not filed a complaint  they  would  work with me.  They also indicated that they were mailing the certificate and were still within their 25 days.  They indicated it was mailed June 25. Today is July  30 and I still have not received it.  I don't expect to.  Please attempt to log my complaint even if I do not receive my money back so that this may not happen to anyone else by this company Thank you

We were able to...

locate the voicemail with the telephone number provided in this complaint. The only voicemail we have record of receiving from the client was yesterday February 24, 2015. The voicemail was extremely verbally abusive with excessive profanity. As we wish to have no further contact with the abusive client we will refund the $52.87. We will notify him via email. If your office requires proof of the abusive nature of this call we can forward the voicemail to your office at your request. It’s unfortunate the client did not choose to relate with us on a different level as we would have welcomed the chance to rectify this matter directly with him. Due to the clients behavior we request that this Revdex.com be retracted.

A total ripoff, wont answer their phone.took my money for nothing in return.I m making this company my life's work to get justice..

Review: I ordered a birth certificate for my daughter on this website. I was under the impression that this was an official vital statistics office. I was shocked at the cost of the birth certificate ($74.87). When I received the birth certificate, the receipt for it said $22.00. I checked my credit card statement and saw two charges; one for $22.00 to Texas Birth/Death Certificate and one for $52.87 to United States Vital Records. This company should make it very clear that they are not an official representative for the Texas (or any other state for that matter) Vital Records. This is clearly a scam and I paid $52.87 for something that would have only cost me $22.00. They also contacted me regarding an incorrect email address and were supposed to send me an invoice for my purchase but I have yet to receive it.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the $52.87 that was taken from me and I want this company to either be removed from the internet or to clearly state on their home page that they are not an official representative of any state's Vital Records.

Response:

Prior to receiving this complaint our records indicate that this matter had been resolved with client. A full refund was issued on June 30, 2014.

Our company is one of many private companies that assist in the application process of ordering vital documents. Our website clearly states:

"We act as agents for expediting vital certificate applications. This site is not affiliated with any federal, state, county or city government. Vital certificates and forms may be ordered from the relevant government agency for a lesser cost. Our online service is open to the legal profession and genera l public to obtain original certified copies of state v ital records."

Please see below that the client must agree that they have read the Terms of Service prior to submitting the application. If she would like to view our Terms of Service please have her visit our website as it clearly states we are not the government

Review: I requested this service providing my personal information to secure a PA birth certificate for $72.97. After inputting my information at 7:30 pm, I saw the state offered the same service for $20. I immediately read their termination language and called customer service at 7:30. The message said it was after business hours and to leave a message for a return call. I left a detailed message advising to cancel the order before processing the next day as required. I also sent an email to [redacted]. I've had a response from neither. I've called several times today reaching the same recording. After reading the other complaints, this seems to be typical of this company. I have closed my credit card with my bank to avoid charges and filed through the banks fraud department. One $12 charge hit my account which was not agreed upon so I have no idea how they are charging me.Desired Settlement: Warn others of this service before they provide their personal information. Hopefully it can be investigated and shut down.

Review: I went online to order my birth certificate in order to get a passport. This company charged me $52.87. I requested UPS delivery and had to list my work address, rather than my home address, because it said I would have to sign for it. I received an email confirmation of shipment date of June 25, 2015, via regular mail. I did not get charged for the UPS, simply regular mail. (That is not my complaint) As I did not receive the certificate, I began calling on July 15, 2015 and just kept getting a run around. I was sent from them to Kentucky and then to Tennesse. They did call me back once, but I did not understand it was them. I called 2 more times during the next couple of days with no response. I was forced to purchase another certificate and at the cost of $38.00( included UPS charge) because I only have a short time to get my passport prior to going on a business trip in September. This company will not get back with me and they took my $52.87 and did not send my certificate. I would like my $52.87 back, plus the additional cost of the certificate, and this should show up somewhere so that it does not happen to someone else.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my $52.87 plus the additional $38.00 it cost me to try to get the certificate again for a total of $90.87

Review: The company is not legitimate. It has several websites (including unitedstatesvitalrecords.com and usvitalrecords.org) advertising birth certificate retrieval services. After giving all of my personal information, including my social security number and credit card information, I was charged twice in increasing amounts for this service. I was able to cancel the charges to my credit card, but fear for my private information that was given to this company. I also worry for others who may fall prey to this scam.Desired Settlement: I would like to make sure that my credit is not affected by any identity theft attempts, and would like the Revdex.com to look into these scam websites so that they may be removed.

Review: I've been calling the company to cancel my order after reading the reviews. I also in the beginning thought that it was a government agency but I see that it's not. Also there are some concerns about my information that they have on me. Because to get some of the reviews that this company has United States Vital Records has puts alot of questions into play. I don't understand how a company with these type of complaints can still be operating or trusted with this type of sensitive information. I wanted to get this on record in case of any problems that can take place with my personal information.Desired Settlement: For my personal information to be properly disposed of erased out of their systems. And to have no further dealings with this company.

Review: On May 6, 2014, I e-mailed usvitalrecords.org to order copies of my birth certificate. I followed all subsequent e-mailed directions and used a credit card to pay for the order. I never received any birth certificate copies. Using the phone number in an e-mail confirmation sent to me, I called the company several times but only received an answering machine that did not take messages. I also attempted to send e-mails but received no response.Desired Settlement: I would like the amount charged refunded to my credit card.

Review: I went to this site to order a copy of my marriage certificate. I filled out the form, which asked for all of my personal information, and then it charged me about 96.00 for the copy to be sent to me. This all seemed really shady. I felt uneasy about it, so I tried to call the number listed on the website. It came back as a non-working number. Then I tried to look up the address, and it was not consistent with the company name on the site. I am worried that they have stolen some personal information, and I am not sure what to do about it. I would like to stop the transaction, or at least catch these guys in action. Please.Desired Settlement: Shut them down and if they try to take my money, I want it back.. as well as any personal information they may try to use.

Review: My wife and I needed to get a copy of our sons BC. We searched for this on Google and found US VItal Records in the results. We contacted them and followed the instructions online. Total cost for 2 copies of his BC was going to be $100.00 Steps to be followed; Submit request online, after they receive our request, they review the information, then send us an email indicating who we needed to send a copy of a valid government issue ID to. We got the email and faxed our DL to the number. Next step was to wait for processing. After waiting we followed up with US VItal Records and they told us they are not the people to make inquires with. They contract with VitalChek and we had to talk to them. We called VitalChek and they claimed to have never gotten our faxed ID. They saw an order for our BC but claim they never received our fax. We have confirmation from the faxing step that the fax was received when we sent it. We confirmed the fax number and mentioned that we had already been charged. Long story short, we never got our copies. Very frustrated to have fallen victim to this scam.Desired Settlement: We want a full refund of the $105.74 paid to US VItal Records.

Review: I applied for a birth certificate friday morning and paid the expedited fees. They say they need to verify your identity and will contact you via email. I have heard nothing from them. They also will not answer the phone with a live person...so I am unable to get a hold of someone to verify my identity and get my birth certificate quickly like they claim. At this point I have gone with another service that can truly expedite my birth certificate and can help me...and I would like my money refunded.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in full.

Review: We were working through another company to get a copy of my birth certificate>> the company failed to send the cert and claimed they were not paid> the charge on our card was from this company, not the one we were working with> the company we were working with stated this was a scam company, that had somehow gotten our information.....we called, but there was no answer..Desired Settlement: We want the charge reversed now ....we did not fill out forms for this company, or agree to any charges> we do not have a birth certificate....people like this should be prosecuted!!

Review: Usvitalrecords on 5-11-15 took $52.87 out of my account for birth certificate. I had no id to attain a birth certificate so the transaction was cancelled!! My funds were returned on 6-15-15... The matter should of been resolved and over. On the 7-31-15 once again this company fraudulently (took) $52.87 out of my account again!!!!!! This is also theft by deception!!! I demand my money back and will proceed farther if necessary and needed. My understanding is that their are numerous COMPLAINTS against this company for various violation of the law...Any and all help in this manner would and will be greatly appreciated... Thank you for your time....Desired Settlement: GIVE ME MY MONEY (52.87) BACK!!!!!!!! TAKE ALL MY INFO OUT OF YOUR SYSTEM,,,,,,FOREVER!!!!!!!!!

Review: I applied to have a birth certificate from my state of Pennsylvania, the web site appears to be setup as a legitimate government web site to obtain my birth certificate, there is no way to contact this company to cancel an order.

They have charged my $82.00 for a birth certificate that only cost $30 through vitalcheck which is the only authorized service to obtain a birth certificate from Pennsylvania.Desired Settlement: refund of my money and my financial information deleted from there archives
