US Coachways has made every effort possible in good faith to settle the dispute with the consumer and has offered more money back that what we are contractually liable for per the provisions of the agreement; please see attached.US Coachways urges the consumer to accept the $refund as this is our last and final offerShould the consumer decline this offer from US Coachways the consumer will forfeit and previous offers made by US Coachways Inc and can choose to seek refund through litigation

US Coachways has looked into this matter and found not evidence to support the consumers claim of reckless driving or endangering the passengers safety.I find it hard to believe that based on these allegations that the consumer would not have contacted the authorities if they felt there life's had been in dangerUS Coachways stands by its offer of a $credit to be used towards future services?

I have revised the consumers complaint The consumer cancelled their services back on 07/ [redacted] and was refunded on 07/** Please consider this case closed

US Coachways regrets that it had to cancel the consumer; but unfortunately we have no way of knowing that a mechanical breakdown would incur.US Coachways is like no other transportation provider; we cannot be responsible for mechanical failure and although the consumer may think otherwise it is unrealistic to have a replacement vehicle on standby for every client that books The consumer will be refunded in full however we cannot reimburse for any additional cost the consumer has mentioned as this is explained in the terms and conditions in which the consumer entered into

The consumer was refunded $on 9/** The consumer must check with there bank

US Coachways will be issuing a check to the consumer next week in the amount of $10,

We cannot control the flow of how long the credit take to appear on the consumers credit cardWe offered them a lower rate then what they are legally responsible for

My charter was easily booked, so I thought this would be a great companyI was wrongSince then, nothing has been easyThe itinerary was entered incorrectly and I contacted the case managerNo response from my emails or from voice messages for over a monthI called customer service and they could not reach herI finally got the supervisor and he said they would correct itIt took more weeks and multiple phone calls and emails before it was finally correctedNow my group is at the airport waiting on buses to show upDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

US Coachways has reviewed the consumers complaint and refunded the credit card in full as per their request In regards to the consumers request for a full refund for a bus with an "Intoxicated Driver" US Coachways declines this request as this statement goes without any eveidence to support this claimIf the passengers felt they were at jeopardy they should have notified the authorities

The consumers credit card was refunded back on 09/ [redacted] It can take up to days to reflect on his credit card statement

The sales rep quoted me a price and I accepted quoteI gave him my credit card info enabling him to take depositKept getting emails that it was getting processed Called Steven R [redacted] several times and he assured me each time that everything was finePlanning bus to woman's March in January Called days ago as it is getting close to when balance is due and he said " wow we are really busy w that Dakota thing but I'll definitely get back to you tomorrow after I speak to dispatch"He had already used that line two days beforeThis morning I got an email thanking me for understanding that they are canceling the bus they had promised me

It is a matter of opinion and not fact; the bus was able to successfully navigate through the streets with no issue US Coachways stands by its offer that it has previously submitted

US Coachways will be issuing a refund of $to the consumer

US Coachways has offered the consumer a 20% refund of $which is in line with the provisions of the agreement

We have reviewed the consumers complaint and have declined the refund requested In good faith the consumer was offered a $credit to be used towards future services It is the consumers responsibility to review the terms and conditions of the policy before entering into agreementThe provisions of the agreement stipulate the overtime charges and cleanup fees If the consumer engaged or supplied the driver with any money to cleanup this is not policy

I have reviewed the consumers complaint US Coachways cannot guarantee the assignment of any specific vehicleThe consumer had originally booked a passenger coach and wanted to change her date and her vehicle to a smaller size in which USC was not able to accommodate at the time the request was madeThe client had requested to changer her date from off-peak season to a peak date which resulted in an increase in price
