The consumers complaint with US Coachways dispatch complained about (2) vehicles being late approximately minutes; this was charter number [redacted] and [redacted] Per our [redacted] ( [redacted] ) who took the call from the consumer all vehicles were utilized and on time When I spoke to the client he mentioned two vehicles were minutes late (Charter # [redacted] ) and one vehicle was late from Charter # [redacted] [redacted] checked and confirmed and all vehicles were on timeIn addition, Charter # [redacted] all overtime was waived The client never mentioned a $overcharge Client mentioned all went well with theother charters All in good faith the consumer was offered the client a $refund plus a $credit for a future new booking

We have reviewed the consumers complaint and decline to offer a full refund as per the consumers request The consumer was offered a 5% refund for the mechanical issues and has not responded to US Coachways Inc to accept this offer /> At no time during the course of the trip were the drivers driving illegalUS Coachways follows and maintains strict protocol when it comes to safety regulations set forth by the Department of State and Federal Guidelines

The consumer has accepted a $refundUS Coachways will be mailing out the consumers refund check today

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my... complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] The company is 1) Lying and 2) Has stolen thousands of dollars from our group and has not returned it, or made recompense for leaving us stranded by the highway at 430 am for three hours in the freezing cold and forcibly canceling our trip. Here is how I know they are lying.1) They claim there weren't enough buses. This makes no sense and is not an excuse. We booked and PAID IN FULL for our bus weeks in advance. If the company is accepting money for services and goods they do not have, then this is a SCAM.2) The company - oddly enough - in its response contradicts its own claim that there were not enough buses. The company implies that they did have a bus for us by claiming the bus could not come because of a "mechanical issue."3) The "mechanical issue" excuse is a lie, after-the-fact, to cover the company's fraud. How do I know? Because our group called the company multiple times during the three hours we waited in the freezing winter cold for our bus to show up, and the company's dispatch service assured us they had a bus, but the problem was "they could not find a driver." So, in summary, the company's excuses are mutually exclusive and it must be lying in at least 2 out of 3 of them (but I think we have very good reason to believe the company is lying in all 3 excuses). Furthermore, even if one were to accept any of the company's excuses, they do not justify the company's complete and utter failure to provide service. It also does not justify or remediate: 4) The FRAUD the company has perpetrated. It has FAILED TO PROVIDE A REFUND of OVER $3400 to our group. We were told by the company in writing that we would get a refund the next day. It's now 10 days later and....no refunds! This is called GRAND LARCENY. So the company is ALSO LYING IN ITS CLAIM THAT IS HAS ISSED REFUNDS. I have many written records and 55 witnesses to corroborate every inch of my account. The consumer was offered a refund of $(5%) of the total charter cost for the DVD malfunctioning as part of the provisions of the agreement

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved bec When I originally called the depot and talked to the dispatcher, Kevin, he stated he would see about a refund being made, since the bus clearly was not safe to be travelling from Delaware to North Carolina with the safety hatch held together with string (see attached picture) I also think that the endangerment the driver put the adult chaperones and children in, while driving in rush hour traffic while talking on her cell phone, not once, but FOUR times! I'm pretty sure that is against the law, as she held the phone in her hand and did not use a Bluetooth They also were supposed to send a passenger bus, but instead sent the full size "broken bus" and then lied about the hatch being broken This is not delivering what was promised or what we booked and why we feel we are entitled to a full refund I spent numerous hours and phone calls on my own time to deal with this, just trying to get a hold of anyone at this company is ridiculous I have never dealt with a company that really has no regard for the customer and actually tries to blame the customer for their issues In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

US Coachways has reviewed the consumers complaint Without any knowledge or consent of US Coachways the consumer had applied a vehicle wrap to our vehicle resulting in exterior damage to our vehicle after the wrap had been removedIn addition the consumer utilized the vehicle in excess of the contractual time they had been quoted on thus resulting in overtime as per the provisions of the agreement in which the consumer entered and agreed uponUS Coachways has not other consumer information other then what has been providedThe charges remain valid; therefore we decline any request for refund

US Coachways has made every effort possible in good faith to settle the dispute with the consumer and has offered more money back that what we are contractually liable for per the provisions of the agreement; please see attachedUS Coachways urges the consumer to accept the $refund as this is our last and final offerShould the consumer decline this offer from US Coachways the consumer will forfeit and previous offers made by US Coachways Inc and can choose to seek refund through litigation

This is the report that was supplied by our dispatcher Kevin F [redacted] who handled the call from the consumer and the bus driverThe first night of the trip, the client requested to make a rest stop, according to our bus driver Danielle, it is at this point that Danielle asked everyone to get off the bus so they could fuelOne of the male passengers got loud with the bus driverThe driver did explain to them that this is a Federal Law and there as we are not able to fuel the bus with passengers on board and there isn’t any way around itThe driver thought stopping for fuel while they were atthe rest stop would be better than doing it hours later at 6:in the morningIt is at this point the driver called the cops cause she felt threatened as multiple passengers were threatening herThe consumers itinerary did not have listed requested food stops as the client states and we did make exceptions to make some of these stops and not have the consumer incur any additional costsThe consumer did not sign any waiver for alcohol to be used on the bus as they state as we do not offer alcohol waivers; it is the law that if any minors are on board the bus they all alcohol be stored in luggage bays below the busAt no point in time during the events was US Coachways ever notified about a dirty restroomThis trip may not be the consumers first experience with riding on board motor coach bus however it does appear to me that the consumer has been traveling on board companies buses who do not adhere to Federal laws and is putting the lives of passengers safety at jeopardy through the other companies it has chartered withThe consumers request for a refund is denied

US Coachways has reviewed the consumers complaint and has denied a request for a refundUS Coachways understand that the consumer is not used to supplying drivers accommodations but it has always been US Coachways policy that the consumers supply drivers with lodging if there trip legally requires itI have attached a copy of the consumers contract that clearly shows the consumer was made aware that lodging be supplied at the consumers expense

I received no communication from the company until the Saturday before the trip which was scheduled on Wednesday, April *** It wasn't until that email, that I had any clue that the charter was still in effect with them Of course I sent them an email to cancel service once I realized they still planned on providing an incomplete service I reviewed the company online and received this response from [redacted] ***, the review company: [redacted] [redacted] If they don't believe I've had a "genuine buying or service experience," what exactly are they charging me $4,for? Again, I expect to receive a FULL refund from the company Please let me know if you require any further documentation to expedite this process I am happy to provide it Sincerely, [redacted]

In response to the consumers complaint; the provision of the agreement in which was disclosed to the consumer stipulates that US Coachways reserves the right to lease equipment through third party companies to fulfill its obligationUS Coachways does not advertise that motorcoach buses come with sinks in its lavatory nor is this a standard amenities in the travel industry US Coachways has no record of any amenities requested however per the provisions of the agreement US Coachways cannot guarantee the assignment of any specific amenities
