Dear Revdex.com, 1) Ms [redacted] has a signed retainer with our firm to end your timeshare contract with her resort 2) We have successfully ended the contract with her resort, months ago 3) Ms [redacted] is claiming that we need to "fix" your credit report to your satisfactionHowever, the request to fix her credit is not part of the contract and is not our legal responsibility Summary; Ms [redacted] calls our office excessively, curses to our employees and full well knows we have no responsibility for the credit reportingWe did what she contracted us to do

I am very satisfied with the service I was offered by USCAAll of the customer service ladies were very helpful and I could see they all worked as a team along with my attorney [redacted] , to get me out of my timeshare with Grandview at Las VegasI feel very released now that I don't have to worry about the timeshare company bother me all the time, because USCA handled my case with ease whithing a short period of timeI feel very thankful and pleased with this company and will recommend people that are going throught the same situation as I was, to get help from USCA, you wont regret it

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have provided (attached) two letters outlining my complaint against US Consumer Attorneys I hired USCA to void a time share contractUSCA uses a marketing firm to attract clientsThis is an ethical violation for an attorneyWhile it is true that USCA got me out of the time share contract, they did not void the transaction as promised by the marketing firmInstead, they effectively gave Marriott back my time share for which I paid $12,for nothingThey agreed without my consent or participation to settle my account by agreeing to give Marriott a Deed in Lieu of ForeclosureI could have paid $2,to complete a DIL (Deed in Lieu) I have offered to settle my dispute by asking for a refund of $3,I paid USCA to protect my consumer rights and void my contract not complete a DILUSCA did not complete its mission Regards, [redacted] ***

Only complaint is we would have liked to receive some money after putting in so much over the years instead we had to dish out more money just to get rid of the time share

US Consumer Attorneys is a very efficient company for fulfilling the purpose of timeshare releaseasCustomer service was always very helpful and the attorneys as well [redacted] was my attorney working in a team with [redacted] they were very fast and communicative with me, and together as a team now I am happy to say I am timeshare freeI recommend this company 100%

I am very happy to announce that I very close to be timeshare free, I have been with USCA attorneys since February 2015, and I thought it was going to take longer just like any other legal processFortunately I just got my letter on the mail last week telling me I am on the last step of the process, I got my mission accomplished letter and will now send my documents for the deed backI really reccommend this company, it was very stressful to deal with Diamond Resorts, specially after all the letters they were sending me, USCA took care of all of that, and now I can live my life without having to stress out for money I had to pay to DiamondThank you USCA, I am very satisfied with your services, and your attorney's as well, specially my attorney [redacted]

[This was represented to me that by using U S Consumer Attorneys they would free me from my time share and I would not have any more billings or correspondence with Diamond Resorts. Form the little bit I can glean from the message they are either attempting to negotiiate some sort of settlement agreement or Diamond is not accepting whatever offer US Consumer Attorney is attempting to negotiate

Revdex.comThe company contacted me after I filed the complaintAnd yes she did tell me that it would be March 10th before she had any answersMy original complaints were accurate and I told the young lady that contacted me I had filed a complaint with Revdex.com and she apologized for the inconvenienceThey did not respond until after I had filed a complaintI am waiting to hear from them on March 10th
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved

Dear Revdex.com, Clients may cancel our legal services at any timeOn or about September 7th our client was advised to submit something in writing if their desire was to cancel our services, yet no such notice was received by our office to cancelWith that said once a notice is received in
writing then the file will be cancelled and evaluated by our office to determine if there are unused fees due to the client after all the work has been doneAt no time has our office told the client that a refund was not applicable to themWe encourage the client to take into consideration how far along we are on this file, and although it has not been completed we are actively working hard to obtain a release for them and we wont stop until we doOtherwise, our representation will be withdrawn upon cancellation of our services and harassment by the resort will begin. If client has any questions they are welcome to contact our office to discuss further

Dear Revdex.com, In response to our clients statement dated 9/20/2017, we have carefully reviewed the file and can confirm that their timeshare has been transferred and they no longer own itAlthough the deed was
recorded on December 22, we just recently received a copy of it to provide to our clientA copy of this recorded deed will be sent to our client in the next 2-days via mailWe are happy to report that completes the file, however if they have any questions they are welcome to call our office. Our Retainer for our service clearly states what services you hired us to performThe service being to release you from your timeshare contract, which we did.
The work has been done, there is no refund anticipated

US Consumer Attorneys did an excellent job in helping me to get the timeshare company to take back the timeshare points and release me from paying any more maintenance fees I believe that having lawyers negotiate with the timeshare company for me was critical in getting them to release me from further obligations
