US Consumer Attorneys Reviews (130)

I am very happy to announce that I very close to be timeshare free, I have been with USCA attorneys since February 2015, and I thought it was going to take longer just like any other legal process. Fortunately I just got my letter on the mail last week telling me I am on the last step of the process, I got my mission accomplished letter and will now send my documents for the deed back. I really reccommend this company, it was very stressful to deal with Diamond Resorts, specially after all the letters they were sending me, USCA took care of all of that, and now I can live my life without having to stress out for money I had to pay to Diamond. Thank you USCA, I am very satisfied with your services, and your attorney's as well, specially my attorney [redacted].

Dear Revdex.com,  [redacted] & [redacted] entered into a retainer for our legal services on October 27, 2015. The retainer clearly states that USCA will negotiate with their timeshare or Resort Management company on their behalf in order to cancel their timeshare contract. we promised that we...

would do uor best to present an offer to them within 12 months with an offer to get them out of their timeshare. In result, on April 29 we presented the offer to our client which included them paying the maintenance fees and we, U.S. Consumer Attorneys, would actually help cover the preparation fees in the amount of $1,240. Although attorneys do not usually cover settlement fees and the fees paid to us was for the retainer services we did it  in good faith. With that said, we have already in good faith paid a good portion of the offer plus have provided our services in order to get this offer for final completion of this file. Our firm is not responsible for clients maintenance fees or late fees.

This matter has been settled with Mr. Ennis.
USCA has agreed to a $1500 reimbursement in good faith, without admitting to any liability.
Please find this matter resolved.

I contacted US Consumer Attorneys in June 2015. After the phone interview process I received the necessary paper work to be submitted to them as they had decided to take on my case against my time share company. During the phone interview they also explained that these types of services take anywhere between 3-4 months to be resolved.
In early July I returned all the required paper work.
On August 14th I received a letter from the US Consumer Attorneys offices advising me that my affiliation with the time share company had been dissolved and that no further payments of any kind would be required from me.
The total time to resolve my dispute was just over 30 days!!!!
Thank you
US Consumer Attorneys

I received this BS e-mail from you, the San Diego Revdex.com. A communication from USCA,PA that I was never privvy to. This is total BS. If this firm never received any monies from me, why were they willing to "refund" my $479 that I had not "paid to them"? They have shafted me when they were solicited supposedly by Timeshare Realty Specialists to resolve my ownership via paperwork/closing. It is a scam and you, the Revdex.com, are giving them a cakewalk to do so by keeping me out of the correspondence exchange. Shame on you Revdex.com. The only thing necessary here was for me to be issued a check for $7.50 and transferrance of ownership. It isn't happening. Thank you San Diego Revdex.com. I recently signed up with USCA, I am still a client, trying to get rid of my Shell Vacation timeshare, everything is moving forward so far and I am on the middle of being released. I got my mission accomplished letter and I am very please to say that all this was done in a very short time, now we just have to wait for my name to be out of the deed and I will be forever free of any charges for my timeshare. I reccomend USCA, they are very polite and efficient.

The Retainer clearly states that it's up to the client to pay their maintenance fees, at this point we have done all the work and that it the offer being presented which does include paying the fees for the timeshare. Attorneys are not responsible to pay clients debt.

On August 25, 2015, I authorized U.S. Consumer Attorneys, P.A to represent me during negotiations with a timeshare association because the association would not approve my request for a transfer of title. My request had been in negotiation for almost a year.
On October 15, 2015, the timeshare association signed a Settlement Agreement and Release of Claims. I could not believe that U.S. Attorneys, P.A. had completed the transfer so quickly.
I am very impressed with the work done by the attorneys and will not hesitate to contact them when I am ready to do the same with my second timeshare. I highly recommend them.

In January I attended a seminar with Tony Espinoza, to get rid of my Wyndham timeshare. Every time I called customer service ladies they were all very helpful, and always giving me fast responses, and positive outcomes, it only took them 3 months to get me out. Today I am timeshare free thanks to US Consumer Attorneys, and I highly reccommend them.

Dear Revdex.com, 1) Ms. [redacted] has a signed retainer with our firm to end your timeshare contract with her resort. 2) We have successfully ended the contract with her resort, months ago. 3) Ms. [redacted] is claiming that we need to "fix" your credit report to your satisfaction. However, the request to fix her credit is not part of the contract and is not our legal responsibility. Summary; Ms. [redacted] calls our office excessively, curses to our employees and full well knows we have no responsibility for the credit reporting. We did what she contracted us to do.

They were really helpful on getting me out of my timeshare. I would recommend them to friends and family.

I couldn't be more pleased. I just received my letter today stating that I was TIMESHARE FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It only took 16 months from initial submission of request. 16 months sure beats a lifetime. I could have never gotten out of it on my own and am greatful I attended that seminar. Thanks to all of you involved. Much appreciated.

I am very satisfied with the service I was offered by USCA. All of the customer service ladies were very helpful and I could see they all worked as a team along with my attorney [redacted], to get me out of my timeshare with Grandview at Las Vegas. I feel very released now that I don't have to worry about the timeshare company bother me all the time, because USCA handled my case with ease whithing a short period of time. I feel very thankful and pleased with this company and will recommend people that are going throught the same situation as I was, to get help from USCA, you wont regret it.

U.S. Consumer Attorneys April 22, 2016Dear Revdex.com, We have carefully reviewed the file and Ms [redacted] signed a legally binding Retainer with our firm to help out of the account, included in the retainer which she signed freely, is that she agreed to cooperate and supply us with the needed...

information in order to complete the file.  She has failed to do so. With that said, we have addressed her account to the resort, we have spent many hours working on the file and she still ahs not been able to provide the needed deed.If she would like to stop all efforts to proceed with her account the best we can do after all the time spent, is offer 50% of the retainer fee back. If this is acceptable Ms. [redacted] can call our office and advise otherwise we will be happy to continue working on the file if she is willing to provide the needed documents.

They were great! Waa able to get out of my timeshare in a speedy manner and im now enjoying all the money that I normally would spend on it once a month. Thank you guys again!
