US Consumer Attorneys Reviews (130)

Dustin L called us back a day after we placed the call. He explained everything to us thoroughly and we answered all of his questions. When we called, he kept us up to date as he said he would. We gave them everything they needed and they took care of everything in 6 months. Before we called them, we did research on the company and found them to be reputable. Everything he said they would do, they did! We would highly recommend them to anyone who has found themselves in the same situation as we did.

US Consumer Attorneys is a very efficient company for fulfilling the purpose of timeshare releaseas. Customer service was always very helpful and the attorneys as well. [redacted] was my attorney working in a team with [redacted] they were very fast and communicative with me, and together as a team now I am happy to say I am timeshare free. I recommend this company 100%.

I am delighted to be free of those escalating monthly fees and bothersome calls to increase participation from Wyndham's enterprises. It was a longer than I expected, but as they predicted, worthwhile venture to get released from the properties I had. So very thankful that those fees are not to continue into our retirement years too.

We are relieved that we are now free of the timeshare. They told us not to worry it might take awhile, so we just waited. We got the final papers just days ago. We would recommend them to our family, friends or anyone else that is looking to get rid of their timeshare. Thank You

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I made a mistake on my first response. [redacted] said the Quit Claim deed doesn’t mean anything to them. They would accept a Warranty Deed.  [redacted] said they need information on the new owner in order to release us from our Timeshare responsibilities. I received a “Mission Accomplished” letter from USCA on Saturday along with a copy of the Quit Claim Deed. They said that [redacted] submitted the Quit Claim Deed and this releases us. This is false. USCA or their processing company (a person named [redacted] from CA) submitted the Quit Claim Deed not [redacted]. The only reason I contacted [redacted] was because USCA never responded to the numerous times I asked them about the 2017 Maintenance Dues. Because of USCAs’ non-response to me, I contacted [redacted] to let them know about the Quit Claim Deed and that is when they told me that they wouldn’t accept a Quit Claim Deed until they received something notarized from the new owner. Can USCA supply me with a copy of any documentation they received from [redacted] stating that my husband and I are released from the Timeshare Ownership?  If so, I will gladly close this complaint.
Regards,
[redacted]

To divest ourselves of a Timeshare which we had with Wyndham since 2003, we contacted US Consumer Attorneys and spoke with their representatives about the process. After our orientation, we knew what to expect from them. We found that what they promised was realized in a reasonable amount of time. On 6/23/16 we put $1,000 down and agreed to pay $480 per month for five months for a total pf $3,400. On 12/27/2016 we received US Consumer Attorney's "Mission Accomplished" letter.
What was promised was fulfilled.

Revdex.com, In response to Mrs. [redacted]’s statements, we find the allegations to be incorrect. Our records show that there has been communication with our Client. The most recent being March 1st, during which we advised her that the person that we need to speak with at the resort is out of their office...

until March 10th. Therefore, we asked that she be patient as no updates would be reported to her until after March 10th, when we can speak to the representative from the resort that can assist. She proceeded with filing this complaint knowing the most recent updates on her file. The desired settlement states that she wants her “dispute finalized or at least an update on the case”, we ask that she allow the date of March 10th to come around and give us the opportunity to hear back from the resort. We will have a representative from our office contact her March 10th to follow up with the file, in hopes that the resort has replied to us by then.

I had a wonderful experience with my timeshare cancellation.(with [redacted] ) She was
knowledgeable and the customer support was superb.....

The initial Retainer for legal services includes the attorney work on the file, this does not include debt from owner on the timeshare ownership. We are not responsible for debt on their timeshare account. We have generously offered to pay $1,240 and are close to completing this file if client can provide us proof of paid maintenance fees through 2016.

Dear Revdex.com,  The consumer has the wrong company, we DO NOT sell cars. Please send to the correct company and delete from our records.  Thank you.
