I am writing this letter regarding a service I received from US Consumer Attorneys. I paid $3,495 for this service. I contacted the company March 7,9,and 10 2016 explained that the service was unsatisfactory. I talked to [redacted] and [redacted] failure to receive an appropriate response to this problem has prompted me to complain this directly to your company. I hired them to get me out of my timeshare as the company advertised. Before I hired this company they explained not only would they get me out of my timeshare, there will be no history of having it when they are done. This is not true because I now have involuntary repossession remark on my credit report. They refused to help me with this issue. This is not acceptable because there was a recorded conversation and contract evidences stating: CREDIT RESTORATION: At the conclusion of the timeshare US Consumer Attorneys will demand credit bureaus dispute or removed negative reporting  from the timeshare developer based on laws regulating fraudulent reporting accordance with Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and the Fair Reporting Act. IN SHORT THIS COMPANY DID NOT DO WHAT THEY PROMISED IN OUR CONTRACT. NOW I TRIED TO CONTACT THE ATTORNEY THAT HELPED ME (ATTY. [redacted]), BUT THEY REFUSED TO LET ME TALK TO HER. THAT IS THE REASON I WAS SO UPSET. INSTEAD OF TALKING TO ME TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE THIS ATTORNEY SENT ME A LETTER TREATENING TO CALL MY LOCAL AUTHORITIES TO RESTRICT ME FROM CALLING EVER AGAIN. What this company did to me was injustice and poor business practice. Please make sure that they will not do the same thing to other people. I have all the evidences to prove all the things they did to me. Please help me resolved this issue because my credit is important to me, my children that rely on me, my career and my future.

1) Ms. [redacted] has a signed retainer with our firm to end your timeshare contract with her resort. 
2) We have successfully ended the contract with her resort, months ago. 
3) Ms. [redacted] is claiming that we need to "fix" your credit report to your satisfaction. However, the request to fix her credit is not part of the contract and is not our legal responsibility. 
Summary; Ms. [redacted] calls our office excessively, curses to our employees and full well knows we have no responsibility for the credit reporting. We did what she contracted us to do.

I have asked US Consumer attorneys company ([redacted]) to contact Diamond today and ask to send them the papers to totally clear my account. She tells us to be patient but it has been 1-1/2 years of waiting and for several months have been told to wait. I do not want to continue to wait, I want the issue resolved ASAP, thanks

You have the wrong company, please contact the correct company. We do not sell cars.

We have carefully reviewed the file for Mr. Ennis and find that we have done all the work that we were hired to do. Mr. Ennis hired U.S. Consumer Attorneys to get him out of his contract with the resort, and we did just that through a DIL. He was released and we have recently mailed him a...

"Mission Accomplished" letter to conclude the release and close the file as successfully completed. With that said we find no validity to this complaint and there is no refund anticipated for our legal service after we have done all the work.

Mrs. [redacted] that the terms are set and cannot be changed, we asked that they be patient and continue on the Settlement track. Please consider this matter resolved.

Only complaint is we would have liked to receive some money after putting in so much over the years instead we had to dish out more money just to get rid of the time share.

I like to thank the members and staff of the US Consumers Attorney P.A. for their hard work on solving my disposition with the organization of the GEVC Vacation Club. Their work of great importance to me was well taken and a quick response on all matters concern were completed with the less among of distraction. Time used and taken was a big concern to me and the completed information for dissolving my membership was well within my expectation. I highly recommend the use of this organization if needed for a quick and financial solution and is well worth the expense used on your part.

My wife and I would greatly like to Thank US Consumer Attorneys for helping us with the Time Share we were unfortunate to get involved with when we vacationed in Mexico, it was a bad decision, Thanks to US Consumer Attorneys, so far we have been informed that they are addressing our problem with the resort and have informed us that we are under no obligation to pay any money to the resort for any reason. Here is the copy of my contract. Please note page 2 paragraph 1 CREDIT RESTORATION. 
I hired Consumer Attorney to end my timeshare contract. They did ended the contract with Wyndham Resort. They also informed and promise me that when they are done there will be no record of me ever own a timeshare stated by [redacted]. I did call excessively to get answers but they refused to help me. I did get upset because they ruin my credit. They did not fulfill their obligation based on this contract.

I would like to thank you so much for all your assistance and personal attention. Thanks to you I was able to get out of a time share that instead of providing a relaxed feeling was anything but. Once again, thank you, I just can't say that enough. Especially to Melissa, always eager to help and to answer my questions.

We will put you in contact with our department that handled this transfer so they can walk you through the process of what was done and what you can expect in the next few weeks/months.  You hired us to help and represent you, therefore we highly suggest that you stay in contact with our office and trust in what our office is updating you on. Communication with the resort at this point will highly interfere with our overall goal so we ask that you contact our office before contacting them in any way.

[redacted] There was no debt owed on this timeshare. The debt they are referring to is the maintainance fees that we were told not to pay by their representative. This is now costing us an additional $300.00 in late and collection fees due to not paying the fees on time as we were instructed not to pay. As I told them last night, I am not satisfied with their response and will make sure people know about their company.

Hello and Happy 2017 to all of you!
I want to commend you for the fine job the US Consumer Attorneys did for my husband and I!!!
We are overjoyed to know that we no longer own our timeshare with World Mark by Wyndham!!!! What an excellent job.....well done!!!
We are now ready for you to take on our last timeshare and to NEVER buy into another one!

US Consumer Attorneys made what could have been a lengthy and difficult journey into a complete success. With a reasonable fee (much lower from other companies that we contacted), they were able to successfully release us from a monetary timeshare disaster. Those with whom we spoke answered all of our questions, and when we contacted them via email, the response was on the very same day. I cannot begin to express how much we appreciate US Consumer Attorneys. They can be trusted by consumers who need them.

 I have provided (attached) two letters outlining my complaint against US Consumer Attorneys. I hired USCA to void a time share contract. USCA uses a marketing firm to attract clients. This is an ethical violation for an attorney. While it is true that USCA got me out of the time share contract, they did not void the transaction as promised by the marketing firm. Instead, they effectively gave Marriott back my time share for which I paid $12,000 for nothing. They agreed without my consent or participation to settle my account by agreeing to give Marriott a Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure. I could have paid $2,175 to complete a DIL (Deed in Lieu). I have offered to settle my dispute by asking for a refund of $3,000. I paid USCA to protect my consumer rights and void my contract not complete a DIL. USCA did not complete its mission.
