US Consumer Attorneys Reviews (130)

We had too much in the way of timeshares and wanted to reduce the amount of maintenance fees that we were paying We wanted to keep our Wyndham points, but get rid of our Shawnee fixed week and Shell points
US Consumer Attorneys was able to do that for us in a relatively short period of time (about months)
I was skeptical, at first, but they professionally handled the cancellations and at a reasonable cost

We were very pleased to get our MISSION ACCOMPLISHED letterThank-you, thank-youWe have been trying for years to get out of our contract - due to health reasons and financesYou have made our dayIt was well worth the waitYour experience in this matter is superbI would definitely recommend your firmThank- you again

We are now waiting for a returned call to settle this matter as soon as possible.

Although skeptical because of the time involved in completing the process, in the end our results were very satisfactory. Relief for not having to saddle my heirs with an unwanted timeshare is great. As a young person buying a timeshare, one doesn't think about long term consequences.

My wife and I recently decided that we wanted to rid ourselves of our timeshare, we just felt we were sinking too much money into. We contacted US Consumer Attorneys and they got us out of our timeshare. We mainly dealt with [redacted] who answered all our question and was helpful throughout the process. I give US Consumer Attorneys an A rating.

Please do all your homework before considering using US Attorneys. We paid them $3,400 in May and they did absolutely no work on our file. I have been waiting one month to receive my termination of contract paperwork from them. I call two times a week and have been told a different story each time. Total scam!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I spoke to [redacted] about the Warranty Deed being recorded. They said until they received notice from the new owner that they accept responsibility for the Timeshare we still own it. Anyone can do a warranty deed. They need a notarized acceptance from the new owner. Until that it done, [redacted] still deems us as owners of the Timeshare because they have no information on this other person.

Mr. [redacted], Even though we did not take the money from you, in order to make the complaints against us and the Revdex.com we will offer to pay you your investment of $479 without admission of any guilt ot liability, in order to make this disappear. There is nothing else we can do then making this good faith offer so you can move on and hire another firm to help you. Under no circumstances will we continue to argue this matter further, we feel that we are making you the best possible offer. Our position will remain the same as none of the facts will change on our part, nor will the offer. We will mail you, Mr. [redacted], a release to sign off on the $479.00 to settle this matter.

I have provided (attached) two letters outlining my complaint against US Consumer Attorneys.

I hired USCA to void a time share contract. USCA uses a marketing firm to attract clients. This is an ethical violation for an attorney. While it is true that USCA got me out of the time share contract, they did not void the transaction as promised by the marketing firm. Instead, they effectively gave Marriott back my time share for which I paid $12,000 for nothing. They agreed without my consent or participation to settle my account by agreeing to give Marriott a Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure. I could have paid $2,175 to complete a DIL (Deed in Lieu).

I have offered to settle my dispute by asking for a refund of $3,000. I paid USCA to protect my consumer rights and void my contract not complete a DIL. USCA did not complete its mission.

Dear Revdex.com,

[redacted] & [redacted] entered into a retainer for our legal services on October 27, 2015. The retainer clearly states that USCA will negotiate with their timeshare or Resort Management company on their behalf in order to cancel their timeshare contract. we...

promised that we would do uor best to present an offer to them within 12 months with an offer to get them out of their timeshare. In result, on April 29 we presented the offer to our client which included them paying the maintenance fees and we, U.S. Consumer Attorneys, would actually help cover the preparation fees in the amount of $1,240. Although attorneys do not usually cover settlement fees and the fees paid to us was for the retainer services we did it  in good faith. With that said, we have already in good faith paid a good portion of the offer plus have provided our services in order to get this offer for final completion of this file. Our firm is not responsible for clients maintenance fees or late fees.

There was no debt owed on this timeshare. The debt they are referring to is the maintainance fees that we were told not to pay by their representative. This is now costing us an additional $300.00 in late and collection fees due to not paying the fees on time as we were instructed not to pay. As I told them last night, I am not satisfied with their response and will make sure people know about their company.

We can't thank U.S. Consumer Attorneys, P.A., enough for representing us to terminate our timeshare contract. We had spent many hours (and money) in trying to sell or terminate our contract. The U.S. Attorneys were the only ones who assured us that they would help us and we are so thankful that we used our instincts to know they would. We will certainly recommend this firm to anyone who may be in the same circumstance.. Thank you so much!

Ms. [redacted],  We have submitted your statement to our legal department, you shall receive a call from an attorney by tomorrow with an update on your file. We thank you for your patience and cooperation during this legal process.

Thank you!!!! I am no longer stuck with a membership that can not be used. I learned my lesson with purchasing a timeshare.

I just want to say that U.S. Consumer Attorneys are phenomenal!! At first, I must admit that I was skeptical for U.S. Consumer Attorneys to represent my case but after having numerous conversations with [redacted] (one of the managers in the company) in regards with my timeshare with Diamond Resorts, it was one of the best decisions I ever made. I had Diamond Resorts for nearly 5 years and the company was really trying to force me to pay ridiculous amounts each month and I just wanted to get rid of a situation that was making me miserable. Now finally due to U.S. Consumer Attorneys winning my case, I don't owe Diamond Resorts any payments and I'm free stress!!

We have carefully reviewed the file for Mr. Ennis and find that we have done all the work that we were hired to do. Mr. Ennis hired U.S. Consumer Attorneys to get him out of his contract with the resort, and we did just that through a DIL. He was released and we have recently mailed him a "Mission...

Accomplished" letter to conclude the release and close the file as successfully completed. With that said we find no validity to this complaint and there is no refund anticipated for our legal service after we have done all the work.
