Absolutely loved the service!

I was receiving numerous offers but never found the one that fit all my needs - until I came across an advertisement for USEFSI don't even remember how/where I heard about it but thought it was worth a call
I connected with Austin A*** and from the first conversation, I knew this was the right thing to doAustin was knowledgeable, helpful and reassuring
He answered all my questions, explained all the details and made me comfortable with how everything would work
His follow up during the process was impeccable and he made all the details easy to pull together on my end
The one thing I specifically remembered him saying is that he would be here for any questions I had FOR LIFEAnd, four years later, he IS! I have so appreciated being able to call him with any questions and having him direct me to the right place
About two years ago, I even recommended a family member to him and he was able to help them out as well
Overall, I am in a position now that I do not forsee a need for future services but I absolutely will continue to recommend USFES, specifically Austin for anyone looking for the services this company has to offer

I need to register a complaint with this company as to not doing what their papers say
#answered an ad for info onlyNext this I was signed up within hours time
#They submitted a charge to my *** Card in the amount of $almost that same day!
#I cancelled well within the daysTHEY HAVE REFUSED TO REFUND THIS $1495.00!! This has been going on for months with no money returned

I was contacted by mail from USEFS Incsaying they could help me with consolidating and reducing my credit card dept
On 7/31/I entered into an agreement with USEFS IncThey charged me $which they charged on the credit cards I was trying to pay off and set me up on payments of $per month that started on 9/8/I contacted them on 5/4/to find out why they keep taking the $from my checking account when I haven't heard from them since Sept which was the last time I had spoken to *** which is no longer with themThey told me that she had tried to call me time and left a message for me to call her back! However nobody from USEFS tried to contact me since that time which I feel is in violation of their agreement!
I spoke with *** *** (Manager) about this issue and she said it was not their policy to call back after attempts, I was also told that a full refund would only apply if cancelled within day of purchase and that the $wa

I was misinformed and misrepresented by USEFS when I signed up to their program in October
I was never informed by USEFS that my account was transferred from one credit counsel service to anotherIt wasn’t until a few weeks ago when I called USEFS requesting a summery, I was informed that my account was now assigned to ***When I asked USEFS why I wasn’t informed about this back in March when the changes took place, I was told they don’t inform their clients of such changes and that it was *** who should have informed meI find this highly improper seeing that I initially was contacted by USEFS first and was guaranteed “proper guidance” thru out their program
I also hold USEFS accountable for misrepresenting me during the transferring of my account from one credit counselor to anotherSeeing USEFS was the one that initially received all my debt information and initially set guarantees that were not metThe contradicting information on the summery I

I would like to take this opportunity to thank your organization for your guidance in helping me get my financial matters in orderEveryone was very helpful and patient during this difficult timeThrough your program I was able to get out of debt and for that I'm very thankfulI truly and higly recommend your organization

just wanted to say so far that eddie has been very helpfuli am just starting this program so will have more of a feel of it once I proceed I am looking forward to being debt free for the first time in a long timethere was a time when both of us, my husband and I were making very good money that changed but unfortunately my spending habits did not..so will be looking forward to learning how to make my life better through this experience unfortunately as i'm sure with most people who fall in my category it is so easy to buy something with a credit card than it is with cash and thats how we get in this spotnow with the help of eddie and all the other support members I will be learning to change things for the better..I have had so much confidence in this program that I have turned their name over to a few other people who I know can use the help..so thanks so far and heres to a better future

I worked with a representative who is thorough complete and honestShe was a joy to work over the phone with in such a stressful situation as consolidating and trying to clear up financial issuesI was impressed with help this representative worked with me and how the whole company has followed upI would say that they would be one of the top rated companies I’ve worked with in many many years and that’s saying a lot!

I was pleased with the program when I was signing upAfter I thought it over for a night, I decided that there was another route that does not affect my credit as muchWhen it came time to cancel, everyone's emotions showed upThe rep that signed me up went as far as telling me my credit is the worst already, so I should not care what happens for this next year that I am in their programThe manager, after not listening to my main concern on credit, decided that arguing with me over the amount of interest I pay was more important than satisfying his clientThe manager directly questioned my skills as an accountant, CPA at that, when I know my financial situation very well from budgeting it all dailyI was just appalled at the response I got from my decision to not create negative marks on my credit from not making payments on time

I got into a debt management program, as of January was my last payment to my debt, now usefs still took.out the fee of $when they shouldn't have anymore since it was paid off in January I have contacted this agency to return my fees and *** *** told me it would be returned within 3-business days, it has been and nothing has gone back into my account, I have sent him multiple emails and nothingIf you could help me in retrieving my funds back I'd appreciate it I don't know what else to doPlease contact me if you need any more information

I am rejecting this response because:I completely understood the upfront >$1,cost for financial education.? I accept responsibility for that.However, I was misled regarding the monthly $charge.? I paid this monthly fee in good faith that the creditors required this action.?
