Thank you so much! I am learning so much about finances that I was never taught. The best part is that I am not uncomfortable calling for any questions I have. When I tell them about how bad I feel about my financial situation getting away from me,they don't ever put me down. They know how bad I feel and how bad I want to change. I take this program very seriously and what I learn in my studies is good. The best part is the one on one phone calls to go over what I am learning. Not once have I felt, "here's your studies, good luck," then being thrown out there alone. No matter when I call, they are professional and answer all my questions so that I can understand the answer. I have such hope for my future financially and I'm eager to make changes to my spending habits. Thank you so much for teaching me to be a better me.

Thank you Miles I know now that there are your company out there I will def let my friend or family know. If I could send you a thank you cards and chocolate I would. I will keep you in mind for the next several months if that program would work for me... never know for now I can pay these cards and still need them. Review: I was contacted by USEFS via mail that they can help me to consolidate my credit cards debt. Two of the 4 credit cards I had were approved and they told me that I will be paying $347.00 per month for 5 years. After paying this amount for 6 months I realized that $59 were also withdrawn from my account. I called USEFS and they told me that I also agreed to $59 per month for 5 years for education , I don't remember doing it or I did not understand well what they said. Now I have made others phone calls and they told me that when it's done, there is nothing they can do. That why I'm contacting you to help me solve this problem. I cannot afford paying $59 per month for 5 years for fees. Thanks.Desired Settlement: Stop the payment of $59

Review: Repeated offers of monitored hardship program re. Credit Card Accountability Responsibility and Disclosure Act. Service not wanted or needed.

Ambiguously phrased offer for monitored hardship program, quoting recently enacted legislation. Offer fails to identify offering institution nor clearly state terms, conditions, or cost of service. The ambiguity of the form implies some form of official status. The offer is unwanted, un-needed and unappreciated.

Future mailing should be discontinued.Desired Settlement: Remove my contact information and discontinue futre mailings.

We provide the following response. USEFS rejects Mr. [redacted]'s allegations that its advertisements were "ambiguously phrased" or that USEFS' "form implied some form of official status." USEFS's advertisement, sent to NMC, clearly stated the terms of USEFS' offer. Furthermore, had Mr. [redacted] requested USEFS to cease sending him correspondence, all he needed to do was to call the number listed and USEFS would have immediately abided by his request. Upon USEFS' receipt of this complaint from Mr. [redacted], USEFS immediately placed Mr. [redacted]'s contact information on USEFS' internal "Do Not Mail" list thereby ensuring he will not receive any further correspondence from USEFS.

Review: I was contacted by USEFS by mail. I called the number in the letter, and I was connected to [redacted]. He promised me that USEFS would help me reduce my substantial credit card debt. I was also told that I would be connected with a financial counselor who would contact me regularly and help me set up financial goals. [redacted] also told me that I could be given access to some kind of discount system that would help make my monthly expenses more affordable. I was also promised a refund if I was not 100% satisfied.This is what happened: I was referred to another program that is helping me to reduce my credit card debt. THAT program, had I contacted it directly, would have costed $50 to join, and then a monthly payment which goes directly to my debt. The USEFS program, however, cost me over $800 dollars to join, and I am still being charged $60/month which does NOT go towards my debt. This is a hefty cost for a program that essentially referred me to someone else, and has done little else. To make things worse, the fee was added to my already substantial credit card debt. I have been contacted by a financial counselor exactly once. We did not establish any financial goals, and she has not followed up with me. I was given a set of books called a 'wealth accumulation system' which I am completely unsatisfied with. I have never been given access to any kind of discount system. To make matters worse, when I attempted to contact USEFS and [redacted] to discuss my concerns I was met with radio silence. I called multiple times and entered [redacted]'s extension, but was never connected with him. I was hung up on twice. I emailed [redacted] many times with no response. I want to point out that [redacted] was very quick to communicate when he was signing me up for this program.I know USEFS will respond to this complaint by saying that they disagree with many of my statements, because I have read the other complaints. However, I am not satisfied and I was told that I would refunded if that were true.Desired Settlement: I want to be removed from the program. I want the monthly payments to stop, and I want to be refunded the money that was charged to my credit cards.

I filed a complaint about USEFS, but I have talked with the owner of the company and I truly feel that my experience was due to unfortunate timing and not a reflection on the quality of the company. I would like to remove my complaint.

Review: I tried the product and services of this business based on the fact I could obtain a refund because of their 100% satisfaction guarantee refund policy. I have been attempting to contact the business and they keep transferring me to a manager who never answers the calls or returns them.Desired Settlement: I want a complete refund of all payments made to this business.

This firm represents US Educational Financial Solutions, Inc. (“USEFS”). We are in receipt of your inquiry referring to a complaint filed by Mr. [redacted] on August 8, 2014. We provide the following response.

USEFS disagrees with Mr. [redacted]’s assertions that USEFS was unresponsive to his requests. USEFS has discerned that Mr. [redacted] was calling an incorrect telephone number for USEFS when attempting to contact USEFS. USEFS provides quality services to its customers primarily consisting of interactive CDs, nine (9) separate booklets each covering a separate financial subject, and several other materials designed to teach consumers to obtain their financial goals. Specifically, each of the booklets addresses all components of becoming financially healthy from developing the right mindset to obtain wealth, to controlling financial stress, to living within a budget, and to proper investing and retirement planning. An optional component of USEFS’ wealth accumulation system consists of services wherein USEFS representatives follow up with USEFS’ customers by telephone on a monthly basis. This purpose of USEFS’ following up with its customers is to ensure USEFS customers are meeting the financial goals they have set pursuant to the USEFS’ wealth accumulation system they have purchased. Many consumers who have purchased USEFS’ products and services have managed to turn their financial lives around and USEFS is proud to play such a substantial role in its customers’ lives.

In exchange for a reasonable fee USEFS provided the above stated products and services to Mr. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] entered into an agreement with USEFS in which all of the details of USEFS’ services were clearly outlined. Mr. [redacted] also took place in a compliance call in which he verbally agreed that he understood all of the terms and conditions of USEFS’ services which outlined all the fees USEFS was to charge and including the fact that USEFS was to charge a monthly fee for its enhanced services. Immediately upon USEFS’ discerning that Mr. [redacted] was dissatisfied with USEFS’ services by receiving this complaint, USEFS contacted Mr. [redacted] to see if it could resolve his concerns. It was at that time USEFS advised Mr. [redacted] that it would be providing a full refund of fees to him. USEFS has since provided a refund to Mr. [redacted] and further indicated that he would advise the Revdex.com of his being satisfied with how USEFS resolved his concerns.

USEFS is a customer oriented company that is genuinely concerned with Mr. [redacted]’s apparent dissatisfaction concerning USEFS’ services. In light of the foregoing we ask that you close this file as resolved indicating no wrongdoing by our client.

I was quick to file a complaint and should have given the business a little more time to respond. I have received a full refund.

This is a testimonial about the great benefits of enrolling in the Debt Management program at USEFS US Education Financial Solutions. [redacted] was the Credit Counselor that enrolled me in the program and he explained everything so I could understand how the program worked. The educational portion helped me to get my debt under control in a way I could live with. I learned how to manage my spending and learn what I needed rather than what I wanted. The benefits of the program is that I am now debt free and get back to living my life with my head held high. I AM WAITING TO HEAR FROM MY EDUCATION COUNSELOR, [redacted], AND THE TWO EXTENSIONS GIVEN ON HIS VOICEMAIL. I CALLED DISCOVER AND WAS TOLD THAT $1400.00 WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT BY USEFS IMMEDIATELY AFTER MY CALL ON JANUARY 18, 2016.
I ASKED TO BE LET OUT OF USEFS ON THE FOLLOWING DAY AFTER SIGNING UP ON JANUARY 17, 2016. I WANTED OUT ON JANUARY 18, 2016. CRUCIAL THINGS WERE LEFT OUT OF THE APPLICATION FORMS . THERE IS NOTHING STATING HOW MUCH WILL BE TAKEN OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT, NO TIME LIMIT THAT IT WILL BE TAKEN OUT, AND NO INTEREST RATE CITED ON ANY OF FORMS. MY INCOME WAS ALSO FALSIFIED TO MAKE IT APPEAR THAT I WAS MAKING A LOT MORE THAN I AM MAKING. WITHIN HOURS OF SPEAKING TO ME, U.S. EDUCATIONAL FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS TOOK OUT $1400.00 FROM MY DISCOVER CARD, MAXING IT OUT.
THIS MORNING AT 0800, I RECEIVED A CALL FROM MASTERCARD STATING THAT AN UNAUTHORIZED PURCHASE WAS MADE AT 0400 ON MY AMAZON CARD, USING A DIFFERENT EMAIL ADDRESS. I WANT OUT IMMEDIATELY, AND HAVE EMAILED, CALLED, LEFT MESSAGES, ETC., BUT HAVE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. I AM COMPLETELY DISABLED, ON DISABILITY INSURANCE, AND I FEAR THAT US EDUCATIONAL FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS WILL BE TAKING OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT MORE THAN I GET FROM DISABILITY EVERY MONTH.
I FEAR THE CONSEQUENCES OF ME TRUSTING MR. [redacted].
