I am rejecting this response because: I am still not satisfied, you keep saying that nothing was said about certain things however like I say if they record every phone call like they claim the recordings will be their to hear for yourself!!you are doing nothing more than trying to get out of repaying me for services that were never followed through on by your business! as for the way I used profanity that is getting real old!But the fact that the owner called me and yelled at me for reporting him to the Revdex.com is more of a matter of an issue.I have said it before and will say it again I WILL NOT DROP THIS COMPLAINT UNTIL I AM REFUNDED IN FULL!!So until you take care of my refund for services I never received I will keep refusing to accept!!  Good Day!!

I just received a phone call from USEFS and they said they were going to cancel the $59 .They want me to call you back and let you know. Please could you follow up untill this been done?   Thank you so much for been the voice of people who don't know how to defend themself. Thanks...

(“USEFS”). We are in receipt of your inquiry referring to a complaint filed by Mr. [redacted] on March 20, 2017.  We provide the following response.      USEFS respectfully disagrees with Mr. [redacted] assertions.  Contrary to Mr. [redacted] statements, he agreed to receive USEFS’ services.  USEFS provides quality services to its customers primarily consisting of interactive CDs, nine (9) separate booklets each covering a separate financial subject, and several other materials designed to teach consumers to obtain their financial goals.  Each of the booklets addresses all components of becoming financially healthy from developing the right mindset to obtain wealth, to controlling financial stress, to living within a budget, and to proper investing and retirement planning.  USEFS also provides valuable one to one financial coaching services which greatly help its customers keep their financial lives in order.  Mr. [redacted] received the above stated materials on October 16, 2014 at 11:05 AM.   During the enrollment process USEFS clearly explained that its services did not include USEFS’ paying Mr. [redacted] creditors on his behalf, nor that its services involved overseeing the services provided by Mr. [redacted] debt management provider.  Rather USEFS explained to Mr. [redacted] that its services consisted of the services listed above among others.    Mr. [redacted] entered into an agreement with USEFS in which all of the details of USEFS’ services were clearly outlined and explained to him.  Mr. [redacted] also took place in a compliance call in which he verbally agreed that he understood all of the terms and conditions of USEFS’ services and associated charges.      While USEFS is under no obligation to provide him with a refund, it is willing to discuss such with him. serving Northeast California: This firm, [redacted] represents US Educational Financial Solutions, Inc. (“USEFS”). We are in receipt of your inquiry referring to a complaint filed by Ms. [redacted] on April 11, 2016. We provide the following response. USEFS respectfully disagrees with Ms. [redacted]’s assertions. Contrary to Ms. [redacted]’s statements, she agreed to receive USEFS’ services when she entered into her agreement with USEFS. USEFS provides quality services to its customers. Such services primarily consist of access to substantial discounts on various goods and services, interactive CDs, nine (9) separate booklets each covering a separate financial subject, and several other materials designed to teach consumers to obtain their financial goals. Also contrary to Ms. [redacted]’s statements, USEFS clearly explained that its specific services did not include USEFS’ paying Ms. [redacted]’s creditors on her behalf, but rather consisted of the services listed above. In exchange for a reasonable fee USEFS provided the above listed products and services to Ms. [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] entered into an agreement with USEFS in which all of the details of USEFS’ services were clearly outlined. Ms. [redacted] also took place in a compliance call in which she verbally agreed that she understood all of the terms and conditions of USEFS’ services which also outlined all the fees USEFS was to charge. Immediately upon USEFS’ discerning that Ms. [redacted] was dissatisfied with USEFS’ services, USEFS contacted Ms. [redacted]. Had Ms. [redacted] contacted USEFS regarding her apparent concerns, USEFS would have done what was ever necessary to alleviate her dissatisfaction. The above stated USEFS has already provided Ms. [redacted] with a refund and it has discontinued Ms. [redacted]’s services with no further obligation from her. In light of the foregoing we ask that you close this file as satisfactorily resolved. Very truly yours, [redacted], P.A. [redacted], Esq. For the Firm [redacted] CC: Client

Dear Revdex.com:                                  ...  We are in receipt of your inquiry filed by Mr. [redacted] dated June 10th. US Educational again disagrees that it advised Mr. [redacted] that he would not be allowed to continue in his debt management plan if he discontinued US Educational’s services, it simply did not happen. The agreement that Mr. [redacted] entered into with US Educational clearly stated that US Educational was not a debt management agency nor was US Educational to provide Mr. [redacted] with any credit counseling or debt management services. Further and contrary to Mr. [redacted]’s allegations US Educational never misrepresented its services, rather we clearly explained the terms and conditions of its services both prior to Mr. [redacted]s entering in his agreement with US Educational and such terms and conditions were also clearly explained to Mr. [redacted] within the agreement itself.  US Educational also disagrees with Mr. [redacted]’s comments that everyone uses profanity. Such is not the case at all and certainly not the case with US Education’s representative.  Mr. [redacted]’s yelling profanities at US Educational’s representative’s is far from a common occurrence as suggested by Mr. [redacted].  Responsive to Mr. [redacted] comments that he has “no clue” what US Educational’s fees were charged for, such fees (again as clearly explained to Mr. [redacted]) were in exchange for US Educational’s providing Mr. [redacted] with personal one to one financial coaching services, a complete none modular course financial educational course, financial log forms to assist him in staying organized, a 13 chapter financial education DVD that helps simplify credit and how to use it wisely, a goal getter account book, a household inventory form to assist him in keeping his house hold costs effective and organized,  and discounted gift cards and shopping services with savings of up to 50% off with a significant number of merchants. As stated previously, US Educational has already provided Mr. [redacted] with the refund that he had requested.    If you have any questions please feel free to contact us. I filed a complaint about USEFS, but I have talked with the owner of the company and I truly feel that my experience was due to unfortunate timing and not a reflection on the quality of the company. I would like to remove my complaint.

Dear All, The material has been shipped and should be delivered May 3rd 2017. Tracking #[redacted]. Thanks again, [redacted]

I was receiving numerous offers but never found the one that fit all my needs - until I came across an advertisement for USEFS. I don't even remember how/where I heard about it but thought it was worth a call.

I connected with Austin A[redacted] and from the first conversation, I knew this was the right thing to do. Austin was knowledgeable, helpful and reassuring.

He answered all my questions, explained all the details and made me comfortable with how everything would work.

His follow up during the process was impeccable and he made all the details easy to pull together on my end.

The one thing I specifically remembered him saying is that he would be here for any questions I had FOR LIFE. And, four years later, he IS! I have so appreciated being able to call him with any questions and having him direct me to the right place.

About two years ago, I even recommended a family member to him and he was able to help them out as well.

Overall, I am in a position now that I do not forsee a need for future services but I absolutely will continue to recommend USFES, specifically Austin for anyone looking for the services this company has to offer.

Thanks again.

Sincerely,

Jennifer

Review: When I first signed up the debt management program, I was not aware that I would have to pay an additional $54.00 per month starting in August 2012 and would continue until my debt was paid off and I have another 13 months to go.

I do not feel it is right to tell someone you will assist them, then pawn them off to another company and now have two companies deductible monthly out of your checking. I do not recall being told that US Education services would continue to deduct $54.00 per month from my checking in additional to another company called [redacted] taking $299 per month out of my checking to pay two credit cards and they also tacked a few for themselves also ( so it is $118 for one credit card company, $146 for another credit card company and a $35 fee for them). I thought it was a one time $54 fee for [redacted] and then the only amount to be taken out would be $299 per month. I want the $54.00 per month deduction to stop & I want all my money back I was charges except for the first $54.00 fee that was taken out of my checking. I do not think this is fair.

I cannot afford this, no wonder why my check book is all screwed up that another $54 x 12 months = $648 per year they have been taking from me since 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and now 2016 and they think they will continue to do this until 2017??? Wow, some debt management company, instead of helping they are dipping in and over 5 years they would have take over $3,240.00 from me just in their fee? For what? They never call me, they never email me, they left a message maybe once or twice on my phone about a year ago. This is so unfair. Please help.

Sincerely [redacted]

I had let my Credit Card Debt be to be overwhelming. Finally, it got to the point where it was wrecking my life. I found USEFF Team.
Finally my life is getting back into check.
I never treated credit debt as something that would be important. I piad the minimums and I figured that would be enough. But I didn't realize that piling on the debt eventualy would keep me from being able to buy anything on credit, even with a good score. I had no idea about "ratios". By the time I figured it out, I was so deep into debt I realized I could pay three times the minumum on each card and still not make a dent in three years.
I would recommend Kurt R[redacted] and his team to anyone that has high interest debt.
Something else to note: When you join the program you also get all these amazing benefits such as Grocery Coupons as well as discounts at restaurants, etc. This saved me even more money. I am a very pleased customer.

I have really enjoyed talking and working with Tammy. I have taken the suggestions she has laid out and am applying them to my budget. I even signed up for a walmart add that gives you money back for so much that you spend and that is my main store that I shop for groceries, cleaning supplies, school supplies etc. Thanks again!

Review: I was contacted by mail from USEFS Inc. saying they could help me with consolidating and reducing my credit card dept.

On 7/31/15 I entered into an agreement with USEFS Inc. They charged me $1300.00 which they charged on the credit cards I was trying to pay off and set me up on payments of $59.00 per month that started on 9/8/15.. I contacted them on 5/4/16 to find out why they keep taking the $59.00 from my checking account when I haven't heard from them since Sept 2015 which was the last time I had spoken to [redacted] which is no longer with them. They told me that she had tried to call me 3 time and left a message for me to call her back! However nobody from USEFS tried to contact me since that time which I feel is in violation of their agreement!

I spoke with [redacted] (Manager) about this issue and she said it was not their policy to call back after 3 attempts, I was also told that a full refund would only apply if cancelled within 90 day of purchase and that the $59.00 was for 52 months or until my debt was paid off I was also told that if I cancel their services the company handling my debt would no longer represent me and my rates would go back to what they were and I would be responsible for making the payments this was according to [redacted] (Customer Service Rep)

I was sent a copy of USEFS Purchase Disclosures or (Benefits Product Purchase Agreement) from [redacted] 5/4/16 In which it does not mention anything about a 90 day cancellation or that $59.00 would be deducted from my bank account for the duration of 52 months or until I paid off my credit card debt. The company handling my debt has no knowledge they had charged me all this money and continue to charge me and are no way affiliated with them other than a referred debt management co.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund from USEDFS Inc. this would be for the products and financial education I paid for and was promised that I did not receive other than the Financial Success Kit I received in the mail. Total $1772.00 this includes the $1300.00 I was charged up front and the $59.00 I have paid them since 9/8/15 for the services I did not receive.

We have reviewed Ms. [redacted] complaint with our client. Contrary to Mr. [redacted] statements, he advised USEFS (through its representative [redacted]) that because he had a death in the family that he would call USEFS back when he had the time to. Also contrary to Mr. [redacted] statements, USEFS called him on multiple occasions and in doing so left several messages for him to call USEFS back without ever receiving a response from him. Mr. [redacted] contacted USEFS last week for the first time in 6 to 7 months wanting to cancel because USEFS had stopped calling him due to the fact that he was non-responsive. At that time USEFS explained its cancellation policy to him and addressed the fact that USEFS did call him but that it could not continue to call him if he was going to be completely non-responsive. USEFS also explained to him that he continued to have access to all of his benefits regardless of USEFS’s calling him. In response to this Mr. [redacted] yelled many obscene and vulgar words to the USEFS representative that was speaking to him. USEFS management agreed to refund him 6 months fees. However right before USEFS called Mr. [redacted] to advise him of this, he had already lodged this Revdex.com complaint. USEFS had already refunded him exactly what he had requested. When USEFS spoke with Mr. [redacted] he indicated that when he looked online for USEFS’ telephone number he came across USEFS’ Revdex.com webpage and verbatim read and used someone else’s past complaint to “get his money back too.” This appears to be true because USEFS certainly never told Mr. [redacted] that his debt management plan would be concluded if he cancelled USEFS’ services. USEFS’ services are separate and distinct from those services offered by debt management providers and whether a consumer cancels USEFS’ services has no bearing on his or her debt management plan whatsoever. Give the above stated facts we request, on behalf of our client USEFS, that this complaint be closed out as resolved. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me. Thank You, [redacted]Greenspoon Marder, PA[redacted]

Initial Business Response

US Educational Financial Solutions states it has searched its records and has been unable to find Ms. [redacted] as ever being a customer of USEFS.  As a precautionary measure, USEFS has blocked Ms. [redacted]' contact information from USEFS records thereby ensuring that Ms. [redacted] never receive any correspondence from USEFS.

The program worked very well for me. At a time when my finances were tight and my debt at an all-time high, I reached out to USEFS and they were able to negotiate much lower interest rates on all my credit cards and set me up with a plan to pay off the aggregate debt over 4 years without borrowing any additional funds. Given the reduced payment amounts, I was able to pay off the debts in less than 3 ½ years. The process was very simple as the funds were withdrawn on the 15th of every month while the bills were paid on the 21st of each month. I would recommend the program to anyone who is looking for some credit card relief.

Review: On 1-19-2015 I entered into an agreement with US Educational Financial Solutions under the assumption that they were going to help me get the interest rates down on several credit cards that I had. They said that the particular cards I had were apart of their consolidation educational interest lowering program. I found out a few days later that the credit card companies were in fact not apart of the educational program at all and didn't have anything to do with this company. The (USEFS) retrieved $600.00 off my credit card (which was supposed to be a free service) in addition to obtaining all my valuable and personal information that has left me petrified because none of what was communicated to me had any validity to it. I hope this can be resolved as I have not spoken with company since the initial transaction.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my money returned to my credit card and out of this agreement that has negatively impacted my life in many ways.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. My Refund should be returned to my card and that is what I want. Thank You for your support in this resolution.

Review: I was contactedby USEFS Inc. I had a great deal of credit card debt at the time, as I still do. I was under the impression, via conversations with their agents, that their services were non-damaging credit consolidation.I was referred to reputable Debt consolidation through USEFS Inc., however, I docu-signed a contract without having read it carefully. I believed that they were the actual company who would be making payments to the Credit Cards I consolidated.USEFS added more debt to my credit cards.... maxing the nearly maxed credit cards to put a $850 fee for their services onto my credit cards. I approved this foolishly. They also added over $300 to my student loan debt..... I also foolishly approved of this. Still, I was under the impression that this company was reducing my interest rates and part of an honest financial hardship program. In actuality, having conversed with the [redacted] (my Credit Card debt handler) and [redacted] (my student loan handler) they are totally un-related to my debt payments. Thus, USEFS added over a thousand dollars to my total debt, and I am already in over my head with debt. They also are withdrawing $59 a month from my account until all of the debts are paid. They sent me some big plastic box, a "[redacted]" which upon reviewing my docusigned document, cost me $850. So over $1100 added to my total debt and $59 a month, and they are not provicding me the services I was under the impression they were going to provide. They are not even related to the companies that actually consolidated my debts and whom are currently drawing from my Account to pay my debt.I really need some help here. sincerely, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like the fees added onto my credit cards, which exceed $1100, to be re-imbursed. I would like the $59/month charge to be stopped and re-imbursed. I believed the $59/month was going towards debt and it is not, it is a monthly fee for useless services currently set to be charged until my debt is gone.

Response:

This firm, [redacted], **, represents US Educational Financial Solutions, Inc. (“USEFS”). We are in receipt of your inquiry referring to a complaint filed by **. [redacted] on April 22, 2014. We provide the following response.

USEFS disagrees with **. [redacted] assertions that USEFS added fees to **. [redacted] credit card balances and student loans. USEFS provides quality services to its customers primarily consisting of interactive CDs, nine (9) separate booklets each covering a separate financial subject, and several other materials designed to teach consumers to obtain their financial goals. Specifically, each of the booklets addresses all components of becoming financially healthy from developing the right mindset to obtain wealth, to controlling financial stress, to living within a budget, and to proper investing and retirement planning. An optional component of USEFS’ wealth accumulation system consists of services wherein USEFS representatives follow up with USEFS’ customers by telephone on a monthly basis. This purpose of USEFS’ following up with its customers is to ensure USEFS customers are meeting the financial goals they have set pursuant to the USEFS’ wealth accumulation system they have purchased. Many consumers who have purchased USEFS’ products and services have managed to turn their financial lives around and USEFS is proud to play such a substantial role in its customers’ lives.

In exchange for a reasonable fee USEFS provided the above stated products and services to **. [redacted]. Given the extensive materials and time USEFS was willing to dedicate to **. [redacted], the fee USEFS charged **. [redacted] for its products and services was more than reasonable. Perhaps most concerning to USEFS was that **. [redacted] never contacted USEFS to request a refund from USEFS. Rather **. [redacted] filed this complaint with the Revdex.com. Immediately upon USEFS’ discerning that **. [redacted] was dissatisfied with USEFS’ services by receiving this complaint, USEFS contacted **. [redacted] to see if it could resolve **. [redacted]’s concerns. USEFS advised **. [redacted] that had he requested a refund of the fees, USEFS would have immediately provided such to him. However because **. [redacted] never requested a refund of the fees he had paid, USEFS was unaware of the fact that such a refund would have resolved **. [redacted]’s concerns to his satisfaction. USEFS has since provided a refund to **. [redacted]. **. [redacted] advised USEFS that he was satisfied with such refund and further advised USEFS that he had attempted to withdraw his complaint with the Revdex.com to no avail. **. Response:

USEFS completely mis-represented themselves to me. If my memory serves me correctly I responded to something they had sent me in the mail. Upon calling their company number with an ID number of sorts which they had sent to me, we began to discuss how they could help me. I was given various numbers and figures all of which showed how I would save money over a course of years by having them handle my credit card debt.

I thought that I would one day get out of debit just buying paying the minimum on my bills and not making a change in my spending habits. It would probably take me another 20 years to get rid of the bills I had created. About three months ago, I came across a program called USEFS Inc. (Financial Education Plan). I was assigned to a very intelligent and understanding lady named [redacted]t. She not one time judged me or made me fill as though there was no hope. She let me vent and give opinions, afterwards she shared different ideals for me (great advice). She has been following up with me each month. After talking with her and reading the materials that was sent to me, I started seeing a vision of “Debit Free”. I started putting my financial vision into perspective and distinguish my wants verses my needs. After finishing the first six books of nine, I realized what was really important to me, and what I valued. I had always thought about it, but after writing it on paper, and going back and reading it over and over, I felt it in my heart, is when a change came. This is a lot like the bible, you read scriptures one time and go back and read the same scriptures again and they do not have the same meaning or you have a better understanding of it. I am now on book 6, and some of the things I have learned from them are: what is value to me: my family, my job or things? Spending time over the holidays with my family was my top priority, did not cost any money but had great memories that I will always cherish. Taking time out for self and being truthful to self was the being. Creating a spending plan and a spending register was an eye opening. I found out that by recording what I spend, makes me not want to spend because I had to write it on paper. This will cause your spending habits to change. Setting short and long term goals was beneficial. It helps me to stick with them because they have boundaries and deadlines. Now I am on my way to success and becoming stress free and I am not even out of debit yet. I can only imagine what it will be like when I am completely out of debit and know how to make my money work for me, and become stress free.
I have shared how the materials has worked for me in just three months and how [redacted] has been an inspiration in my life. Now, let me tell you how God has played a roll in this. God first put [redacted] in my path to be a coach, a counselor and an advisor, and for that I am grateful. God has planted other seeds in my garden; my pastor, my children, and my husband who keeps me going. During the last few months my lessons in bible study and Sunday services has been mirroring my lessons that [redacted] has been coaching me on. On Wednesday, New Years Eve, my pastor had decided that we would do a 21day on financial fasting. This was where everyone had to go twenty--one days without using credit cards and write down everything that they spend, even if it was a pack of gum. This was a validation for me. I called this a “Spiritual Line Up”. Nobody but God, who said that he want us to have plenty but not live in bondage.
I am not where I want to be yet, but I can say I am on the right track and have set goals. I first give thanks to God, who is the head of my life. Then I would like to thank [redacted] for being a part of my journey, where I will soon be successful and live debit free. Thanks [redacted]!!

Review: When I first got in the mail about them. I called and asking a few question. I spoke to [redacted]. He told me many thing about about their system. But for one thing the $750.00 the kit and it said to me that $59.00 a month for one year till it pay off. Then will reduce my monthly pay from $425.00 to $366.00 I made that agreement. That I talk to him over the phone. And he said to me very clear as I make sure it will be one year and he said yes. I wrote down as one year as end in April 2014 on my paper. I notice my bank account they took my $59.00 and I called them you over charge it. They said no it is till then end of my payment that is till 2017. I realized that [redacted] had lie to me. I believed it is against the law to lie to customer on that service. I will have a legal action as soon I am done with this better beau business. Now I want to close this service because of that lie do destroy everything. Even they said they will help me with many benefits. I never got any of their service. So that is end of it. As I did e mail to him and he never answer me back. I knew it he lie to me and refuse to talk to me. So that is a bust it. It need to fix that problem.Desired Settlement: Refund me that $750.00 and may as well can still payment $366.00 if refuse so I will get legal action for lie to me. then I seek law suit is close my case I will make my own payment to one my care credit and home depot. I don't allow any lie to other people as well. Lie on this business is not an optional.
