I spoke with [redacted] and he said that they have snet up a payment plan with this customer, the first check was sent on the 19th of March and the next check with be sent out on 4/15

Ck number [redacted] for $546.05 was mailed in the AM on 02/01/2016.
We have addressed the communication problem with our employee and will continue to work towards a more efficient response system.
