Revdex.com spoke with the business. He has spoken with the customer he sent a money order out because there was an issue with the refund. The customer should have that by today or Monday .

Review: I ordered 10 pairs of work pants from this company on 3/18/16 and waited for delivery. I never received any delivery notification or the pants in a timely manner. I emailed them on 3/30 asking about the order. I received and automated email stating, "Remember, at usedworkclothes.com, it's much easier to contact us via email ( [email protected] ). All emails sent by 6pm(est) will be responded to by 8pm(est). The best time to call is 12:30pm - 2:00pm and 5pm(est) - 6pm(est) Mon-Fri.." I waited until 4/1/16 to call and got a garbled message only to find the mail box is full. I sent a message through their website to no avail. They took my money for the pants and now I am unable to contact them in any way to either get the pants I ordered or get a full refund.Desired Settlement: I simply want the order fulfilled so my employees can have their work pants.

Review: I order off of the website the second of april still have the invoice kept waiting for it to come and called them and they said that it was showing that it had been delivered but delivered to the wrong person that they would get ahold of the post office and see if they could find out whats going on and call us back they never did call back so I called the post office and they werent showing anything being delivered so we have been calling them and calling them to see whats going they never call back we have left several message and sent several emails wanting to know whats going on and get our money backDesired Settlement: want our money back

Review: I had ordered some used work clothes from them and the pants were to small so I called them about returning them and they said they would exchange them so I mailed them back to them on 08/20/2016 With a tracking number USPS they received them on August 22 at 1:35 pm. On 08/26/2016 I called them to see if they had shipped the other pants back yet and the guy said yes they had been shipped. The next day I sent a email to [redacted] to see if they had a tracking number for the shipment and this is what they sent USPS tracking number. package has been in pre shipment since the 27th of August and hasn't left the business and I have never heard anything from the company. I have sent emails nothing in return. I have called no one to take call,mailbox full can't leave a message. Review: On May 29, 2016 we ordered some work shirts. Gave our CC# etc. We called them in June and the "mailbox" was full. I finally got a hold of a gentlemen at 7:30 am. June 21st. I was told the order would go out that week. I phone again and was able to leave a message Saturday July 2. My message was that I wanted the order a phone call or the money returned that week. I did not receive any of the above. I tried calling again today July 12th at 11:30 am. I received the message machine. I hung up and decided to contact you. ,\Desired Settlement: To make amends in a perfect world, I would like to receive the order and an apology for taking so long and lying to us. If our order cannot be fulfilled, then we need to hear that as well

Review: I ordered from this company in January 2016. Received the clothes after 8 weeks and they were not at all what was ordered. The owner promised to refund my money - which has not happened and it is now August. I have called him over 100 times and he has stated that he mailed a check, and when that did not come I called and asked for the check number. Instead of the check number he created as USPS delivery and gave me the tracking number - but has never taken the letter/refund to the USPS to be sent. I have never dealt with a business that is this conning and where the owner can't tell the truth to save his life. He has made many many excuses but has never fulfilled his promise to refund monies to me. I plan on taking him to small claims court per legal representation advice and will be suing for the maximum amount allowed.Desired Settlement: I have given this person 7 months to refund my monies - and will send him the crappy/incorrect clothes that he sent if he provides the postage - If this is not resolved I will pursue a small claims case against him asking for $3500 for all of the time spent on the phone and interest

Review: I placed an order on 3-29-2016. On 4-20-2016, I contacted the company an a Gentleman answered. He would not identify himself, nor acknowledge the company. I asked where my order was, he asked me my last name and said he would call me back. After no response I called back on April 21, 2016. I asked the same question and he said he just got a big order in and would call me back with an update and my tracking number. As of May 8, 2016, I have had no response. The Customer support chat does not work, the email system aborts and so does the invoice tracking system on the Web. At the point I just want to get my full refund of $76.16. I fell this business is a scam, defrauding the public and buyers should be aware. I apparently fell into his trap as many other have done. I wish I did my homework on the company before buying the products I did not receive. I am looking for a full refund again. The excuse of 2-4 weeks and he is a salvage company, is just a buffer for his scam.Desired Settlement: I would like a total refund of $76.16 dollars immediately.

Review: I purchased work pants from this company on November 2nd of 2015 and 2 pair of the pants were the incorrect size and did not fit. The size listed on the pants is correct but when I put them on, one pair was too short, the other too long. Upon trying to contact them to resolve the issue, my emails to a Mr. Darnell [redacted] went unanswered. I tried several emails and then tried several times to telephone their customer service and the calls went directly to phone mail. I then tried filling out a customer complaint form on their web page but when I hit send, it gave me an error and said it didn't send. Their refund policy says you must contact them within a few days for them to honor it, but if they don't respond to you, how are you supposed to stay within that time frame. I feel this has drug on long enough and needs to be resolved.

Review: Ordered clothing from this company on May 13, 2013. I noticed that the money was withdrawn from my account and I received an email saying that my order had been received and that my order would be shipped the next business day. It is today.. May 29, 2013 and I have called several times and talk to one man on Monday, Memorial Day. And he said that I would have to call on Tuesday cause the office was closed for the holiday that he just answered the phone sometimes. He sounded unintelligent and stumbled about what to say. I have called from 3 different numbers since Tuesday morning and I'm only getting voice message for a cell phone.
