Review: Made purchased on 3-28-15. Received receipt on charge [redacted] card on 3-31-15. Got E mail message on 4-10 15 stated that my order would arrive in 3 or 4 days. I never got it. On 4-20-15 I got an e mail stating that your order has been finally completed. Sorry the order took so long. It also said that I would get my order within a few days from 4-20-15. I have not received my odder from this company. Stop this company from doing business!Desired Settlement: Stop this company from doing business on the internet!!!

Review: I purchased an advertised package of used work clothing consisting of 3 long sleeve shirts (large), 3 pairs of pants ( 38 x 30), and a jacket (large) - all dark gray in color. The website says to expect delivery in 2 to 4 weeks. It also states upon confirmation that shipping details would be provided upon shipping. My credit card was charged for the purchase 1 day or so after the initiation of the order - order #10783. I emailed numerous times requesting status and shipping information. I did this both through the website AND on the email that came through for confirmation ( related to [redacted] - the business operator ). I have received a few replies but each time he indicates either that I can expect the order by the end of the week OR that he "is taking care of it" and will ship ASAP ( never any details ). I have requested that he either provide the produce as advertised OR refund my money. He largely just doesn't reply. I have been waiting over 5+ weeks and have become increasingly frustrated.Desired Settlement: I would like the order shipped immediately with shipping method / tracking information clearly identified. It had shirts, pants, and a jacket but it was unlike what I had ordered. The shirts were short sleeve and two of the three were not the right color. The pants were the right color but none were the right size. The jacket was the only piece that was as advertised and ordered. Most of the size labels were ripped from the items but the one remaining ( other than the jacket ) showed an incorrect size ( 40 ). I ordered 38 waist. The lengths on all three pants were wrong - not 30 inseam as I ordered. At this point I would ask that the business send a return postpaid shipping label to return them as I do not intend to incur further cost in this transaction. I would now request that my original sum be returned in full as I had previously indicated.

He stated that he tried to call the customer to confirm that he had received the credit but was not able to get in touch. The refund was processed last week so he should have it by now. I called early Jan. 2014 & call was answered by same man who I spoke with before. He said the order went out after the holidays & that he'd send me an order confirmation once he reached the office. Review: I ordered from this company, should have came here first to read all the complaints, as most of the others have stated have not received my order. Yes, I too, have tried to find out information from this company. I can not believe one can not get an honest answer from this company when you ask about an order. It is always you should receive your order by such a date, date comes and goes. Ask for shipping information, can not give you that information. Then my favorite--I will personally take care of this--has not. I do not understand how this company can take you money--not send your order out--and still be able to sleep at night. Just wanted to you to know that I was never contacted by [redacted]. However, I did receive the order. The zipper on the coveralls did not work properly, when I contacted him, he stated that I could send them back and he would send another pair. I chose not to do this, since I had so much trouble trying to get order, and since I would have to pay to sent them back, I didn't wand to waste more money.

Review: My story is pretty much the same as other complaints about this business. I ordered ten pairs of work pants on 6/8/13. The charge for $54.85 was made on 6/10/13. Review: I ordered from this company on 9-16-2014. After it charged my credit card, they didn't give me the advertised 15% discount. I emailed the customer service line three times and did not get a response. After a week I emailed them that I still had not received my package. No response. I waited a few more days and emailed them again and still no response. I tried to call them during the odd times the website said to call and no answer. I have emailed them a total of 8 times and they still haven't responded. It's been 11 days and still no package.Desired Settlement: At this point I would just like a full refund.

Finally on October 14th I got an email back from a [redacted] stating that the shirts would be sent out on Monday. I still have not received the shirts. I emailed back again on October 14, 19 and 22. The customer called and said that nothing was arrived and he has not reached out to them to provide the item or a refund.

Review: I ordered 10 USED work shirts on 7/20/2014. Long sleeve, size XL. We were told we would receive the order in 3 to 4 days. More than 10 days passed and still no order. I finally made a phone call and spoke to a man that did not identify himself but looked up my order number and offered no explanation for the delay but said that he would ship the order on Monday and I should get it on Wednesday. I believe I called on a Friday. Nothing on Wednesday or Thursday. Finally, on Friday my husband called and he was FURIOUS! The contents consisted of 4 XL long sleeve shirts, 4 2XL, and 1 L. That is only 9 shirts, only 4 in the correct size and 2 of them torn.

I called the same day but did not get an answer so I sent him an email to request a refund and explaining my reasons. I also told him that I would return the merchandise as soon as I got the refund, to which he replied politely that he was sorry I was not happy with the order and that he would refund my money on "FRIDAY". That would have been Friday the 15th, a whole week later, but I thought I'd be patient. At least he had agreed to refund. Friday and Saturday, and Sunday, and it is now Monday after 6pm and still no refund . I have called haven't reached anyone and can't even leave a message because his mailbox is full. I trusted this business and I am very disappointed and upset. I feel like no attempt was even made to fulfill the order at least with the correct sized articles. We don't buy used clothes because we enjoy wearing other peoples left overs, but because we cannot afford new ones.Desired Settlement: A full refund of purchase and shipping price and either pay for return shipping of merchandise or forfeit and we will dispose of it or donate it and send a receipt if donated.
