Review: I ordered 26 workers jackets from this company on May 2,2013. Since then I have only received 13 of the jackets. I contacted the [redacted] at least 4 times and he kept tell me that the rest of my shipment got mixed up with another persons order. He also kept assuring me that the remainder of my order (13 jackets) would be on its way by the end of may. Since the end if may he will not return any of my calls, emails or messages. They have already charged my card over $300 and I have only received 1/2 my order. I feel this person should not be in business or be able to conduct his business in this manner! If he's going to do it to me who days he hasn't done this to many others!?! I either want my $$ back or the rest of my order!Desired Settlement: The total for my order was $310.70 for 26 jackets. I received 13 jackets..so I want 1/2 of my money back which would be $155.35 or send me the other 13 jackets I ordered!! At this point I would rather have the money and take my business elsewhere! Review: June 4, 2015 :Ordered work pants, 5-Pack-Work Pants (Standard), gray, sizes 33 x 29, for the cost of $17.95 as advertised, to receive in 4-6 weeks. At week 5 we started to try to contact the business because our credit was immediately charged for $30.90 which included $12.95 shipping. After many unanswered calls, text and emails, on June 22, received email saying should receive that week. After not receiving, and many more unanswered text, we received an email from USPS saying they had purchased a shipping label saying package would be delivered in two days. Package was received today, but we only got four pairs of pants, thrown in a box, 1 gray pair, 3 blue pairs, 1 pair fits, 2 pairs are way too long and one pair does not fit at all. This is a rip off, a scam if there ever was one and they should be shut down. The worst part is, they have our credit card info. That makes me feel very weary of them.Desired Settlement: I think we are due a refund but do not want to be caught up in having to return goods before we get our money or have to hold the pants that we will have to get hemmed because we don't know if they are going to refund or not.

Review: I placed an order on 3-30-14. I called on 4-9-14 and was told it would be delivered no later than 4-11-14. I sent an email on 4-14-14 with no response. I called several times and only got voice mail that the mail box was full. I talked to someone & was informed it would be delivered by 4-18-14. Review: I ordered clothing from used work clothes, and after a long period of time waiting for the order, I called the company, got a answering machine, sent an email, then I received a telephone call, stating they were out of stock on some of the items. They said they would ship the product next week. 3 weeks later a shipment arrives but is short some of the items ordered. This order originated in Aug 13. As of this date and with many emails requesting the product or refund of remaining product still hasn't been resolved. Today March 13, 2014 I called the telephone number, no response couldn't leave a message, box is full, sent an email requesting refund, have to wait for response.

If this company is allowed to do business in the state of Va. and have a record like this, shouldn't some department of the government like the attorney general intervene and stop this type of business practice.Desired Settlement: At this point I am still short 3 shirts, and 1 pair of work pants. Review: On March 19,2014 I ordered 5 pairs of navy blue work pants for my husband. Each pair of pants were to be 4.50 and with the 12.95 shipping cost the total would be 35.45. I got confirmation of the order immediately along with them taking there payment from my account immediately. I have not received a shipping confirmation at this time nor have I been able to contact them through telephone since their mailbox is always full OR through email because it will not go through and gets sent back to me. After reading MANY reviews I do believe I along with many others have been scammed out of my hard working money. I have also report them to my bank in hopes of receiving my money back. What they are doing should not be legal and they should be held responsible for taking people's money without issuing the products the promise.Desired Settlement: I would like to see this company refund my money. Review: On Jan 7, 2015, I placed an order for 10 work pants and 1 jacket totaling $55.62 which was charged to my visa card and I received an email confirming my order (#10760). I wrote to inquire about when I would receive my order on Feb 18, 2015 and, after receiving no response, again on Mar 8. I also called the number listed on the email those days and left messages. On Mar 9, I received an email stating my order would be packaged and sent sometime that week. I called one week later and was unable to leave a message as the "voice mailbox is full." I emailed on March 17th requesting the [redacted] tracking number and received no reply to that email. I emailed again on April 27th requesting a refund and received no response. I called April 27th, May 12th, and again today, March 27th (and sent another email requesting a refund). I have received no email replies or return phone calls. The voicemail box has been full each of time times I called on April 27th, May 12th, and today, May 27th. Review: I ordered pants and coveralls from this business and items were charged to my credit card. This was on 10-23-2014. I spoke to the representative on several different occasions. He told me first the items were being shipped 2weeks ago, then on another that they had been shipped. Then on the estimated delivery date I called him when they did arrive he told me that he would look into it. I told him to just refund my money and forget this deal. On every phone conversation he told me that he would e-mail a tracking number for the shipping. This individual has repeatedly lie and misrepresented this complete transaction. Now they refuse to answer a incoming call. Although this transaction is for only $49.90 it is the principle of this a how many others refuse to file a complaint for such a small amount. I would like to file a formal complaint about this business and would appreciate any help that this office could provide.Desired Settlement: I think that there should be a investigation into this company for fraud and see how many others they have defaulted.
