I am rejecting this response because:I said that I want my items I paid for The guarantee of Christmas delicery or my item is free is missing one thing, I STILL SHOULD GET THE ITEMS! While I much more prefer the refund rather than the Gift Card they were promising people if they did not receive their items by Christmas, but the fact of the matter is that they need to still send me the product in order to be compliant with their guarantee. I also was told that I would be "taken care of" for all the unecessary delays and multiple upon multiple emails I was forced to send There is ZERO compensation for my wasted time, as BOTH owners stated they would provide
