Refunded the customer $46.97 ( the cost of the non shipped items and shipping) The other portion of the order was shipped and marked as delivered. Refunded  shipping on entire order.

I am rejecting this response because:
The item discription is accurate, but not the garbage I recieved. Had I known a package was only going to have cards, and a plastic car, in it I would of never ordered. Attached is a photo of what was sent and it's a long shot to say that it is worth anything more than 10.00. Very misleading shame on you.

I don’t understand what they mean by charge backs. They never mailed anything to me so the shouldn’t have charged me. In addition, the committed fraud. I want/need a clear response that isn’t jargon.
