I am rejecting this response because: I do not have a card ending in [redacted] at all the only one I have is a Amazon Rewards Visa card ending in 0040 this is the one that I used to pay for using Apple Pay. Apple Pay doesn't encrypt the cards when you use it because I called and asked about it. I have also contacted Chase who the Amazon Card Is thru and they have no records of a refund d being processed they only have record of me using the card to make the purchase. Again I ask the company to send me the Jersey that I am rightfully owed. There are several complaints on their Facebook page about people who have placed an order in December and still haven't received their items. I wish the company would just accept the fact that they owe me this jersey and that's all I want and it will be the end of it. And as you can see before the pictures I submitted of my credit card statement with the purchase and no refund to the card.

Customers order was fulfilled and shipped on April 27th at 9:58am. This complaint was opened after the tracking information was sent to the customer. Our records show that this order has been marked as delivered by the USPS. Per the customers request, this meets his resolution requirements.

We have reached out to the customer directly through email to facilitate a one time exception exchange for his order. We reached a solution that the customer found satisfactory. We have hired additional personnel to ensure that emails are answered within 24-48 hours. [redacted]Baseball...

The customer was correct in the fact that he did not receive some of the items purchased. Each time there was an inquiry, our staff was finding records that indicated these orders were fulfilled and shipped so there was no follow through. Deeper researching of the issue determined that the...

items in question were mistakenly included in a shipment to someone else but we are unable to determine precisely which order. Since these are unique items we have no other recourse but to refund the full purchase price of the items. Orders numbered [redacted] for $209.98 and [redacted] for $199.99 were refunded in full on 9/16/16. We apologize for the error and have since put measures in place to keep this from happening again.

Reached out to customer and gave them a shipping window.

I reached out to customer via email to make him aware of the current status. The customer requested a refund in full. We issued a total refund for the customer as requested.

Due to customer statement of the Certificate not being with the product purchased and in light of the fact that we sold all of this product inventory we have issued a full refund for the item purchased and shipping paid on 12/29. Refund issued in the amount of $ 28.87
