11/27/2017: Mediator sent consumer email requesting update.11/28/2017: Over the weekend, I got a letter from my CC stating that I got a refund from them. I did this once and this company changed me again. All I want is for them to stop billing me and CANCEL any orders they think they have for me. You can’t even call this company because their number is disconnected. This company isn’t what they say and do not follow there own guidelines. I.E shipping out products within two weeks of the order which they don’t. They simply tried to rip me off and I’m sure they did this to others. Thanks for following up.11/28/2017: Mediator provided consumer update.

I am rejecting this response because:as you can see from the attached pictures I made a purchase on April 12, 2017 for sports fire sale which is also Baseball Collectors Daily, and on the other picture you can clearly see that the last 4 ends in 0040 and there is no refund yet and it's past the date of from what the business said the refund would be. So again I ask the business to either send me the Bronx Legends Autographed jersey that I ordered. Please see the attached photos I have included

11/28/2017: Mediator sent email to business to verify that all orders for this consumer have been cancelled.11/28/2017:[redacted] opened charge backs against all 3 of his orders and won.  He will receive his money back from his bank.  Please if you need any other information I would be glad to send it over.A chargeback totalling $114.19 was accepted.11/28/2017: I do want to apologize, I did find one more that was not delivered.  As of now [redacted] does not have any outstanding orders.

I am rejecting this response because:Refund was sent to an invalid debit card. Email was sent immediately to notify business of this and to request a path forward to resolve this on April 14th. There has been no reply just as I expected. Gift card was in the amount of $25. $25 won't get you anything from this company except more worthless junk and I refuse to give them anymore of my money even with a $25 discount. Thanks, but no thanks. Fix your shady business practices and stop ripping people off. That will make me happy.

Reached out to customer via email. Updated customer on shipping times. Sent gift card for delayed shipping.

We were unable to fill 2 of the 5 orders placed by customer on 11/25. We refunded $146.64 for order # [redacted] (3 Mystery Baseball Christmas Rack Packs) and $136.00 for order # [redacted] (2 HOF Vintage Rookie Card Black Friday Break spots) for a total of $ 282.64 on 12/29/2016
