I really like Varo. Its secure and very easy to use. Varo defitnly takes care of all my banking needs.

Great experience so far. Definitely a great alternative to conventional banking. I’m very pleased with zero fees and the new features yet to come.

At first I was kinda sceptical, but after giving it a try I'm completely satisfied. I've had the traditional checking and had so many issues but I have not had a problem with Varo. Great free mobile banking with a simple app to handle everything!!

It's cool to have I get my money before time and I have no problem with my card.

I have been with Varo for several months now and I have had nothing but good experiences with them. I give them a two thumbs up for their help.

My experience with varo has been great. There's no fees whatsoever! Not another card like this. I will be cashing my check using this app today.

The best and easiest way to bank and might I'd add, the services are basically free!! No hidden fees, or anything! 100%recommend.

Customer service is great.
Paychecks came early as promised.
App is snappy and well designed.
My money is there and my payments go through without hiccups.
Honestly just a pleasant and easy experience, which is what I was looking for!

Like the convienence. They offer knowing I can cash checks on the go makes a big difference just wish the funds were available sooner then they are

Best free banking app ever!

I like varo it is a great online account. I had an ace flare account before I joined varo and had alot of problems. Couldn't use an atm anywhere without being charged a fee by ace and the atm company.

I personally think the varobank app is fantastic! Customer service! Is fast friendly, and gets to the issue or questions I have right away.. So far I have had a great experience with Varobank!!! And I would recomended it to anyone looking for a new bank

This new and "come-upper" has started out by impressing me from the git-go. I am enthusiastic about banking with them, not only for the impeccable support I've already received but also for the impression that this bank has staffed progressive employees. I look forward to helping them improve and watching it happen.

I am totally disappointed with Varo. I loved the account until $400 was over charged. I contacted Varo while it was processing to have it reversed and they asked to speak with the property. They confirmed to Varo and the charges was reversed. The next day it was taken from my account which was theft at this point. Varo has proof the transaction shouldn’t have cleared. I had to dispute. Even with there own proof on file I still didn’t receive provisional credit and to top it off I have to wait 2 months just for them to investigate. Why are they investigating if all proof is already available. They spoke directly to them before the money was taken. I am so disappointed. No real bank would handle this situation in such a manor. I will be taking this above Varo and the company that charged me.

Well after reading these complaints im a little uneasy. I have a provisional credit given to me but my debit card doesnt work at the atm but when I call customer service and enter my debit it says it active. I havent locked my debit card checked that so I dont know whats going on. Im going to call when they open to see whats going on. Im being hopeful that its an easy fix and I will have access to my funds today. Im giving this bank the benefit of the doubt being they are fairly new. I believe they will be a great bank once they work out the kinks. So far im ultimately satisfied with their service.....

This company slogan is Everybody Wins..
But let's start with how I am not winning due to the regulations that doesnt make sense at all.. my pay check came by mail & I used my mobile app to deposit the check. Once I did that I called; because to me it doesnt make sense to wait one business day for 200.00 and then the rest by another business day. So they granted 200.00 that same day, but said 6.25.19 they will take it out. Now granted I know I shouldve paid my rent on time but I needed this check to save my home!
So I called 6.24.19 to see if they could release the funds & clearly I got put on hold for their voice operator to say "press 1 to go back to queue or stay online. This operator repeated that to me one time for asking for a Supervisor... the second time the same thing.. so the 3rd time after repeating my information as I did when I first got recirculated back to the queue (which is quiet disturbing due to my information already being up).
I got the rudest lady on the line which is the supervisor- Let's call her ***. She clearly told me no.. she state there & corrected me. I cried on the phone with pain because my 2 boys will be without a home.. but it's ok.. I have reached out to the CEO on linkin & I am doing this now to let people know..
Everyone does not Win.. Credit Union here I come.. stick with REAL BANKS
