I did get a call back from them today they are sending me to check of $an $ which is goodbut there customer service is not good I really don't want this business taking advantage of anymore peopleif you guys can shut them down I would feel better I'm happy I good one month back I wouldn't said no for the whole year but this is ok thanks for your help.

I am rejecting this response because:
According to the response received Verde states that my service had been canceled as of February 14th, however, I have called Verde multiple times and have been told that my service with them will end on my NEXT meter reading which will be on March 4th.
On my first phone call with Verde, 2/25/2014, they stated that my service would be canceled on March 4th, and would have the billing department contact meOn my second phone call, 2/26/14, Verde stated that my account as canceled but had been re-enrolledI asked them to cancel again, and was told that the billing department would contact meI have not received any phone calls from Verde Energy's billing department.
I am happy they have offered me a refund, but would like things
The refund they stated they would give me(February, current bill)
A refund for any future Verde supplied electric bills until cancelation is complete and Atlantic City Electric is my supplier(March's Bill)

First, I want to say thank you to MsJennifer M*** for being so prompt in regards to dealing with my rebate check in such a timely mannerSecondly, I am very happy being a Verde customer, because so far the rates have been great, but if they happen to go up a little bit higher than other companies, I still plan on remaining a Verde customer no matter what, mainly because of the fact that they use renewable energyI think it is worth a few extra cents a month to try and save our natural resourcesSincerely, *** ***

I am rejecting this response because:
It is deplorable that a company which promised to save me money on my electric bill is charging nearly double ($vs$0.0964/KWH) the rate I would be charged if I had not switched
It is also ridiculous for Verde to claim that the rates are high due the cold winter when every other provider I've researched actually charges lower rates it the winter than summer due to the lower demand in winter
A quick calculation based on my daily usage and the rates charged I calculate that I have been over charged over $in the first months of alone
After reviewing the other filed complaints against Verde, I find it even more deplorable that a company like Verde which obviously employs these bait and switch practices and has a history of grossly overcharging is allowed to use the Revdex.com accreditation in their advertising and on their websites

Energy provided customers with regular “brown” energyIn December of 2013, we mailed out a letter to all our ** customers stating that we were no longer going to be offering regular “brown” energy, but were switching all of our customers to our “green energy” productWithin that mailing, we provided you with a new Terms of Service, which explained our new variable rate policies which did not include always being lower than your utility.We have been informed by your utility company that your account will no longer utilize Verde Energy USA for the supply portion of your electric service. Your service will be returned to your utility on 4/01/We have lowered your rate to our fixed offer of $for any remaining billing cycles with us.We are processing a $refund for the difference in rate from your last three billing cycles (12/3/14-3/2/15)Verde Energy is not required to offer any refunds on the variable rate pricing and we do so only as a courtesy. As indicated in our initial response below we made a month adjustment on Mr*** bills. His check for $was issued yesterday

and will use this lower rate for your final bill in May
For reference your initial monthly variable rate was $0.1075/KWH
when you started service on 1/5/11. It dropped to $0.1065/KWH in
September and did not change until recently in face of record
increases in energy supply costs. You also received a $cash rebate
check in and a $retention rebate in March
You should receive your billing adjustment check in approximately weeks
