This email is in response to your dispute filed with the Revdex.comIn the summer of 2012, all *** *** *** (***) customers were switched to Verde Energy USAThis happened because *** sold their customer list to Verde Energy
and we began to provide you with electricity instead of ***You were notified by U.SMail in a letter from *** explaining the change.
Your official service start date was 8/30/12, and any electricity you used after that date was purchased for you by Verde Energy USAYou will see us listed as your provider starting with your bill dated around 10/1/12.
We have been informed by your utility company that your account will no longer utilize Verde Energy USA for the supply portion of your electric serviceYour service was returned to your utility on 1/30/2015.
We have already processed a refund check for $We also lowered your rate to the rate for your final bill with usWe are processing another refund for your 10/30/2014-12/1/2014 billing cycle: $You should receive that check in the mail within 10-business days*** ***

I pay fairly close attention to my distribution rates, and I like this company a lotThey source 100% green energy (good for the environment), their customer service is always helpful (good for me), and they are competitively pricedWe've been with them now for about four yearsThe one or two times that I've raised issues with them, they've constructively worked with me to resolve them

We sent the customer the following email today

I reviewed your Revdex.com inquiry and your inquiry with our customer service group
As
indicated in an email we sent you earlier this week, Verde
processed
your cancellation in early February but we then received a reinstatement
transaction which re-activated your account. We cannot generate these
on our own, it must come from ACE. We do not know why they issued this
We lowered your rate for your final bill (your account is
dropping as of the end of the current billing cycle on 6/2/14) and
mailed your $billing adjustment check on 5/14/14. As a further
good will gesture we will send you another adjustment check for $
which lowers the rate on your May bill. So in total you will have a
lower rate on your last bills with Verde. You should receive the
second check in approximately weeks

Mr Jones has spoken with one of our customer support staff and we issued another billing refund, $256.89, for his second account. He was fine with this resolution

We thought we previously responded to this inquiry
The customer's enrollment was dropped on the day they called, 2/25/and the account is leaving service with Verde as of the end of this billing cycle on 3/18/14. As a goodwill gesture we are sending the customer a $rebate
check even though they have cancelled service

I am rejecting this response because: they are liars and just trying to get out of trouble nowThey told me that *** ** rejected me as them as being my supplier and they didn't know why and I would have to call *** **Also they have nothing to do with whether I get *** or not but they still chose to ask me and told me they don't deal with people that get any assistance like thatFurthermore I did not receive any paper bills since around January just before I agreed to sign up with then as my supplier because they changed my bills to email bills instead of paper bills which is why I was calling them looking for a bill and they lied and said I had to wait because it went with my regular billing cycle and I should get one at the end of March but still didn'tWhen I finally called *** ** they told me I was getting email bills and I wasn't rejected to have Verde as my supplier but they knew I didn't ask for my bills to be email bills instead of paper so they told me that Verde must have done it and they felt that was fraud when they changed anything without my consentOnce again their incentive was to give us a $Gift card for signing up with them so when we got our 1st bill we were supposed to make a copy and send it in with Verde's name on it and they would send the cardWell if I never got a paper bill then they wouldn't have to send the card nor would I know if they were my supplier or notSince I didn't get a paper bill I missed out on receiving help from *** because they already ran out of fundsSo now I think Verde should be responsible for my entire Electric bill from February through May and I should still get the $Gift cardThey are lying and you have my permission to verify all of this with *** **Thank you!

$0.0779/kwhEven though that was an error, I am happy to issue you a refund for the generation usage on your 1/20/2015-2/18/2015 billingI am issuing you a check for the difference in the rate you paid and the $0.0779/kwh rate we printed on your letterYou should receive that $check in the mail within business days.Your Verde Energy Account was cancelled and the last day you were with Verde was 2/19/15.*** ***Customer Support | Verde Energy USA*** *** * * *** *** * *** ** ***

There is only one word needed and it is THIEVES!!
I can't warn you enough to stay away from verde! Verde means green and they will get all of your green dollars every one of them!

I am rejecting this response because: The agent that spoke with me had told me my cost will be lower which to my understanding was a single charge of my electric and gas when the third party is addedThis was something I had done with conEdison when I lived in New YorkI was not told I was going to be charged separately by both *** and verde energyI do not care what rate I had agreed toThere's no way in Hell I would have agreed to be charged twice or three times for the same service I'm getting in a month when I'm not crazy? I got a combined charge of for my gas and electric for this month from *** while verde charged me for the same service? Who on earth will agree to such nonsense? I did not receive any rebate from verdeI was offered the rebate to send in to claim after the first bill from *** verde, which is this same bill I'm complaining about hereI do not care about the stupid checks offered hereI am going to rip them in pieces if I receive them in the mailI will want the person that sent this response to tell me if he will pay more for the very same service he's been getting at a lower rate without any changes to that service? I am not paying the current bill from verde or any subsequent ones from them before this fraudulent company is taken off my *** accountThe nerve of the responder to lie that I was paid rebates!!!! Crazy!!!

start date of 1/1/You enrolled with Verde under a 4-month fixed rate of $0.0899/kwhI have attached a copy of the recording of your enrollment which clearly states the terms of your serviceThe Verde Energy charge on your bill is for the actual electricity you use, and the *** charge is for the deliver of that electricityYou are not being "double billed"*** has notified us that your account is cancelled and the last date you will be with Verde is 2/11/I have issued your $sirebate, you should receive that check in the mail within 10-business days.%

I can second all the bad reviews They jacked up the price to twice the rate after couple months They kept increasing the price every month too This is a big scam
