They will hike your rate after the "low" rate period is over You will lose all the savings you might have gained by switching What a rip off If you don't pay attention to your electric bill and the rates, companies like this will take advantage of you I'm sticking with my electric company and will take my chances there with the variable rates

I am rejecting this response because: Again I never recieved a welcome packet in the mailAnd no phone call after the fact that I was going to go on a variable rate or that I needed to call to stay on the fixed rateWhich is not even lower than *** *** Again YOUR WEBSITE claims to have the lower rateThat's a LIE! *** *** rate is KWH and Verdes is KWHThis is ADVERTISMENT! So even if I was to stay on the fixed rate that your comapny offers it's still not lower than *** *** I think that you should inform your consumers of this instead of misleading therm on your websiteIt's called Bait and Switch!

$0.0779/KWH. As per the notice in February this will move to a fixed
rate of $0.1259/KWH thru November 2015. For reference the

I reviewed your recent Revdex.com inquiry and offer the following:
Your
account began service with Verde on 8/14/on a variable rate
offer
which can change with market conditions. Your initial supply rate of
$0.0750/KWH stayed at this low rate until July when it began
to increase due to increases in Verde's supply costs.
As a goodwill gesture, as you asked, we will send you a
billing refund check of $for your February bill. We dropped
your account per your request on 2/20/and your account left Verde
service on at the end of that billing period on 3/14/14. You will
receive your check within weeks.

This account was enrolled in December under a monthly variable rate offer which can change with market conditions. The account entered service on 2/16/at a rate of $0.0810/KWH and this rate held steady thru June of when it began to increase because of increases in Verde's energy supply costs. Thre account was dropped per the customer's request on 2/15/and will leave service at the end of the current billing period on 3/19/
As a good will gesture we have redeemed the customer's $cash bonus and are also proving a $billing refund for the February bill which takes the rate down to $0.0929/KWH. The customer will receive both checks within weeks

We received your recent inquiry.
Your account was cancelled per your request sand left service with Verde
at the end of the meter cycle on 12/15/14. Your rebate check was
mailed on 11/5/
and since it still does not show as being cashed we
will cancel it and send you another check. The account is under the
name "*** ***" should we change it to your first name?
Let us know and will will issue another check

I am very pleased that they are adjusting my February bill and refunding me the
difference based on the effective fixed rate that I recently locked in as well
as the $retention rebate that was discussed
Like I said in my original email, I am happy with their service and want to keep
going with it, so its great to see they stepped forward to do something for me
and keep the business relationship goingI appreciate thatI will look for the adjusted difference/rebate check in the mail in the next couple weeks and let them
know when I receive it.

kit, I show your welcome kit was sent on Oct21st to
Moreno Ave place 140, La Verne, CA 91750, we also have this rebate
form on our website as well. Our service offers four $rebates for
every quarter that you’re an active customer. Because you were an
active customer (1month) we will send you a check for $as a courtesy,

and cancelled on March 6th. I see that you have called our
customer support staff to cancel and retrieve refunds for all months of
service. To date we have sent a correspondence (letter by mail) letting
you know you have been cancelled, and two refund checks in the amount of:
