Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Verde is still lyingVerde told me I was rejected by [redacted] not [redacted] **They also said that I was sent paper bills and again I haven't received any paper bills since I signed up with Verde in February because they changed my bills to email bills instead of paperI did not change my bills to emails and neither did [redacted] **Verde was the only other one that could have access to my accountThey sent me the $check but once again I was unable to get assistance from [redacted] due to my low income because of health issuesI have a paper bill that was just sent to me for $due by 5-18-I firmly believe that Verde is responsible for this bill since I was given incorrect information from them and them telling me that [redacted] rejected themI canceled with them last week and made [redacted] aware of this changeSince I thought they were my supplier I was taking direction from themWhy would they be in such a hurry to send me a check if they weren't at fault and they know it? Our customer support staff spoke with MrTaylor earlier today His account was on a monthly variable rate which can increase based upon market conditions, and has increased based upon recent significant increases in energy supply costs We are providing him with a $refund on his last bill as a goodwill gesture and he was very appreciative of this The inquiry is resolved

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I'm not happy with this companyI can't wait another weeks for money that I already paidIf I didn't pay this company on time there would be a penalty so I would like more money due to the fact that it's been over a month with no sign of being paidIf I never called back last week or write to Revdex.com I feel I would have never get my money that is owed to meI'm the one that was over charged and I'm the one that has to call and call just to get my moneyAlso, this company doesn't call back when they say they would and has very bad customer serviceI never ran into a company that doesn't call you back when they say they would even it's going to be in a weekIn all my time as a homeowner and renting I never ran into a rate increase due to significant energy supply cost in the winter time always in the summerThis company said they didn't pass all the increase on the customer but they did cause *** didn't raise anythingI'm not the first person or the last person verde energy did this toThere should be a law that energy companies should tell you when there is a rate increaseThis company is a scam and doesn't care about their cumstors Sincerely, [redacted] ***

We sent the customer the following email today***,We received your email The account you reference, [redacted] , is under the name of [redacted] It began service on 3/7/under a month fixed rate of $0.0869/KWH The rate was held fixed thru a 7th month and just recently was increased but is not anywhere close to the cents you noted (it was cents in the most recent month).We notify customers via [redacted] *** in advance of any fixed rate expiration and offer customers the opportunity to then switch to our then current fixed rate at no cost We can switch this account or any other account you may have to our current fixed rate which is a month fixed rate of $0.1149/KWH.Let us know how you want to proceed.Regards, [redacted]
