I have to admit I was very skeptical. I had tried 6 times to apply for an increase. My doctors at the VA were surprised that I wasn't at a higher disability rating, so I kept trying. A friend told me about Veteran Benefits Advantage so I contacted Eddie Maher, who became my case manager. He reviewed my case and said he believed they could get me a higher rating. I followed his directions and after a very long process, the veterans administration came back with a much higher disability rating. The process started with submission of an Intent To File a claim and the VA paid me back to the date I submitted the intent to file. By following Eddie's directions to the letter I was able to get the increase I wanted , but had not been able to get in over 10 years on my own efforts. Thank you Veterans Benefits Advantage and Eddie Maher for getting me the desired results. I'm a believer.

Absolutely a legitimate, worthwhile company. As a veteran, I was hesitant about using a company to submit a claim with the VA, but they made the process easy and they got my rating increased from 30% to 100%. My specific case manager, Brennen J, was amazing. He was on top of everything and walked me through it all step by step and the whole process took about six months (mostly due to my response time). He was great! Very responsive to emails, I could call him any time and he'd always have an answer. If I could, I'd give him ten stars. If you're hesitating about using this company, don't! Ask for Brennen!

I got a recommendation from a friend of mine to go with VBA for a review of my case. Angelica Franklin was the person my friend recommended. Sad to say what a disappointment she was. I felt throughout the entire process that I was bothering her into doing her job.

I just hope that bad customer service skills do not speak for the rest of VBA.

If I could give them 10 stars I definitely would!! I have been trying to get my 100% for years. Constantly getting denied and rejected by the VA seemed to be the norm for me. I was introduced to Veterans Benefits Advantage by past supervisor. I was connected to a case manager, Ivan. He was very professional and upfront from the start. All I can say is ONE month after he filed my claim, I went from 80% to 100%!! This was the Quickest response I have ever gotten. If u have not called yet...I really don’t know what your waiting for!!

This the best service for anyone who may be seeking help with their VA claim. I was practically give up and giving in to the bureaucracy challenge of my claims with the VA. I can only say trust and I did just that with Brennen J. who handle my case. It was a process he guided me through and I am truly grateful for VBA and Brennen.

This company has been nothing short of outstanding, both in their customer service and performance. My rep that assisted me, Mr Ivan B, was very professional, courteous, and good at what he does. Throughout the process of claim preparation, he was so patient with me, making sure to ask the right questions, and help me provide the informations needed to submit my claims. I can not say enough on how impressed I have been throughout the process of getting assistance in obtaining a higher VA disability rating with Veteran Benefits Advantage team. Awesome experience and Eddie was great to work with as my Case Manager! From my initial email to VBA (Eddie) to the day I received my VA rating was less than two months, simply amazing! The best part of it all, my rating increased from 20 - 80%! Everyone I came in contact with in the company was totally professional and responsive. Simply put, every step of the process was outstanding and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

My case manager Derrick D help me with all and any questions I had. He was kind, patient and if I did not understand anything in my packet he readily explained it again! He was fast and prompt in all return emails, including text. I do not know what the outcome will be with my revised benefits but if VA Advantage cannot help me I don’t think anyone will be able to!

These people were very helpful from day one up to the point I got my results. I’ve been trying for years to get an increase due to my worsening condition but haven’t had any progress. Mr. Noland G, the rep that assist me, gave me assurance that they can do it, which gave me a sigh of relief. When I finally got my results, I couldn’t be more happier than ever. Great place. they stay true to their word. they make it so easy for you no crazy va appointments. talk to Drs who actually get you and aren't out to get you and mess up your rating. I have been working with this organization since Sept 2018 when I was referred to them. It is now may 2019 and I have had nothing but a smooth flawless and great experience from start to finish. They helped get my va rating from 70 to 100. Even if they hadn't they would still receive 5 stars from me. Would definitely use them in the future. Nolan and Freddie have been great.

Life changing company! My case worker Eddy was consistent, patient, & dedicating. The process took literally less than 4months to go from 10% to 100%. If you need an increase this is the company to go through PERIOD! & ask for Eddy (amazing guy)??

I would rate Veterans Benefits Advantage, LLC and my Benefits Advisor Brennen J, as an A+++++ rated service for helping me (and other military veterans) received my deserved upgrade for a Compensation & Disability Benefits award rating. I will say that for over a decade I have been fighting with the VA taking my rating from 0% for several years and then an increase to less than 50% stayed for a while…mediocre increases.
I was in my dentist chair (a retired military officer / veteran) who referred me to Veterans Benefits Advantage and after contacting them, a short conversation, a few email exchanges to document my (at the time) compensation rating, I was contacted with a plan and my projected increase. I was given all the information so I was kept in the loop and then in a few short months later, their projections for an increase to 70% were not only met, but exceeded – maxed out 100%! I could not have done this without them. I will keep in contact with Veterans Benefits Advantage, LLC if I’m ever in need of their services or if I know of someone who is also in need.
