The process was so smooth. Filed intent to file a claim on May 2019. Submitted Doctors report 24 June, 2019. Received increased VA compensation letter 23 July, 2019. Could not be more pleased with the results. Tried to do this on my own a few years ago and wound up giving up.
Veteran Benefits Advantage staff, ( Thomas Hoppes especially ) were so professional and answered all questions and concerns.
I would and am recommending their service to all Military veterans who are in need transcending the VA jungle for compensation.

I was referred to VBA by another vet from a *** page when I reached our for help with increasing my rating! I was told to call them however I emailed instead! I was contacted after about a month! Eddie M was assigned as my case manager! First of all he is amazing! I was very worried and very skeptical! Eddie was very assuring and told me flat out to just trust him! He made the whole process very very easy! He always promptly answered my emails, voicemails and text messages! He guided me through all the steps and paperwork! I was at 70% when I filed my claim for increase! I filed my DBQ and received the VA’s decision in THREE WEEKS!!! 100% permanent and total! I was stunned!! Three weeks is unheard of in VA time! Case Manager Thelma is professional and second-to-none in working your increase in VA claim. She responded to all of my texts, emails and phone calls within hours. The service offered exceeded my expectations! After years of denied claims and appeals they were able to get me to a rating that was higher than I imagined!
