First Class service, my case manager Angelica was a true professional. Walked me through the process and their services. Always ready to answer questions I may have had with patience and expertise. I appreciate what this company does for veterans.

My case manager was Leah M and I have nothing but positive things to say about her. From the beginning to the end, she was always very responsive. Either with an email or telephone call, she was always on point. This made the process much smoother than expected. The company provides excellent service and I have already recommended a few other veterans to reach out to them for further assistance. They are the real deal!

I've been quite disappointed with the professionalism of this company. They are slow to respond to emails. I gave them medical documents to include filled out DBQs only to have several of them not seen or included in PDF claim file (I still submitted separately). They have not provided any guidance on C&P exam despite three emails to 2 separate people asking for support (as outlined in contract). Waiting to see how if all falls out, but I'm less than impressed and I question all the positive reviews (bots?).

I am a retired veteran who has been recieving VA benefits since 2012 and was at 90% disability even after resubmitting for an increase. A friend of mine told me about VBA and the success he had getting his disability rating increased so I contacted them. I was contacted by Ivan B who became my case manager and walked me through the process from beginning to the end. After submitting my intent to file I submitted my information to Ivan and he set up my doctor's appointments. The whole process was quick and easy and then I waited for my decision from the VA. This week I received my letter from the VA with my disability rating of 100% and with permanent and total status! I was informed of VBA (recently changed. They had a different company name prior to 2019) by a co-worker. He's been telling about this company for close to two years but I only initiated my communication with VBA on Oct 2018. This is also the time I started the process of requesting to increase my compensation. VBA's portion of the process only took about 2 months, if that. I was seen on Oct 2018, started my paperwork, signed some agreement, answered questionnaires, and then seen by a doctor. Received some paperwork after that, and by Dec 2018 the ball was in the VA's court. It was a waiting game at that point with a little bit of back and forth, but by Jun 2019 I received my requested compensation. As you can see, the whole thing took about 8, but it was ultimately a success. Eddie was very helpful throughout the whole process and answered questions wherever he got the chance. Might be a bit hard to get a hold of him, and it might take a few tries, but otherwise he will guide you through the whole process. I'm thankful for VBA's support and would HIGHLY recommend it for all my fellow veterans.

Veteran Benefits Advantage is an outstanding company. My case manager Thomas H is very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. The whole process was flawless and went very smoothly. I started the process in February 2019. Their Doctors did my physical in March, they filed my claim online on April 17, and VA completed my claim on May 30, 2019. It only took a total of 44 days to complete my claim. My disability went from 90% to 100% (Permanent and Total). Out of 5 claims, 4 of them got increased. I was surprised because I didn't really think they could do it, but they did. Thank you very much Veteran Benefits Advantage and Thomas H. I highly recommend Veteran Benefits Advantage to all my fellow veterans.

The VBA helped me with my disability claim and explain what I needed to do. Brennen J did an excellent job communicating with me about the process, helped me file my claim and reassured me during the nerve racking steps. This program is a great link for veterans who do not understand the medical jargon that is associated with our service connected disabilities. I was completely lost with filing claims for services I needed to help me get the corrected medical ratings for my injuries. I only happen to have heard about this organization through my family whom are also veterans and saw how much they had helped them out. I'm happy that I signed up and got help for my claim and they delivered exactly what they promised, which was an increased rating, assistance, or no fee. After several times of denial of my disability claim, I lost hope, so 3 years ago, I gave up. Out of the blue, I came across an old shipmate who shared his VA claim success story with VBA assistance and suggested that I should seek their service with my claim. With his success story, I felt hope and decided to do so. I was assigned Mr Eddie M as my Case Manager. He was very patient and tried to dig every necessary document to ensure I get what I deserved. 1st, I don't DO reviews, but when I'm taken care of, I return the damn favor.
Referred by a former active duty co-worker, I put in 9 mos. of extensive hard work in myself, so I filed MY claim first, and received no increases and one new claim recognized. So-so....not too happy, not too saddened, it's a marathon, not a sprint, right? I called VBA shortly after my claim results were sent to me in early Dec.
Thank you Mr. Nolan G! He was very thorough and patient with a some-what "know-it-all" initially, but then I sat back and let him guide me through VBA's process. Long story short, I'm COMPLETELY satisfied with the results received from VA, damn near exactly 5 months later (increases on all claims). A real vet, I've done extensive reading/research and filing from 2001-2018 (most in the last 6 or so years honestly), so I know what I'm doing, but I now see they have their I's dotted and T's crossed on VA's current ***"process"*** VERY WELL.
Not putting my percentages because it's all relative for each one of us (time spent in service, beginning %age, quality of records, the severity of disabilities, etc...), but again, IMHO.........their PROCESS benefits you/us well. No, it's not free, but it's AFTER your increase is awarded to you, and what valuable service is anyway? Good luck brothers/sisters!
