I'm truly grateful to Oscar C who assisted me through this process. I had an increase from 90 to 100% in just a matter of 2 months. Oscar provided me the best quality service I could ever asked for. My Case Manager was Eddie M and once we connected he was focused, on track and full of support along the way. He definitely supported me as a Veteran and I don't know how I could have done this without him.

First of all I'd like to Oscar C. He was extremely helpful. Always responded to my text and answered my phone calls. The whole process took about 2 months from the time I submitted my questioner to getting paid. He was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Efficiently. No errors or backlog. Was time efficient and done so quick that I barely believed it was so simple. Just have all your documents signed and have all your information on your end. Oscar will take care of the rest.

I worked with Eddie M! What a blessing he was/is. At first I was skeptical as I had been out of service for over 5 years, and had been working with another company that provides this type of assistance to Veterans and things were so slow, stressful, I got hyped and have seen multiple denied claims. Working with Eddie was a breeze, he set me up for my appointments, told me what to expect before/after. ***Side note: I began this endeavor with a 50% rating. I did receive an initial denied claim, no fault to this service at all, the reviewers ignored the documentation provided to them (VA). Eddie assured me this wasn't concerning. He immediately compiled a rebuttal and got the appeal processed. Today I received a favorable decision, with an increase to 100%. I highly recommend this service, Eddie M is amazing.

Veterans Benefits Advantage offers great service to vets. Mr. Nolan Gonzalez was very professional and informative , provided great customer service in a timely manner and was there every step of the way to assist me through out the claims process. Thanks to the help of Mr. Gonzalez I was able to obtain the disability rating for my combat related injuries and obtain a rating of 90%. I am so thankful and will recommend and refer all my veterans friends to them.

I will gladly provide my experience with Veterans Benefits Advantage. For 2 decades I tried multiple times to get a fair review of my service connected claims with VA. All I got was stonewalled and denied a fair rating. I found out about Benefits Advantage by accident. I contacted them and was quickly assigned a case handler. Leah M was fantastic. She walked me through the process (it was easy). We discussed my claims in detail, met with their doctors and then the Vets Benefits Advantage reviewed the entire package and determined I had a good case for an increased rating. 3 months after submitting the package my rating went from 30% to 80%. I could not believe it. This company is there to help us receive what we have earned the hard way. Without this company and Leah M I would never have received this increase in my benefits.

I know people sometimes make fake reviews but this isn't one of them. This company and Ivan who was the one to help me out achieve my benefits are very much legit. This process will take some months and it will cost some money but it's nothing compared to what they can do for you and get the best benefits possible for you. Long story short the money is worth the benefit in the long run. Btw Ivan stay in touch via email, calls or anything. If I had questions I would call him and he would respond in a timely matter. Thanks to Ivan and this company I finally have the benefits I deserve.

Veteran Benefits Advantage (VBA) now Veteran Benefits Guide (VBG) came though, Ivan B my case manager, just asked me to give him my medical records for him to look at. He came back an asked me to give him the opportunity to represent me. I said yes, do what you can. He guided me through the application process and sent the paperwork to the VA on Aug 16, 2019. I say that again, paperwork sent to VA on Aug 16, 2019 (Aug 16, 2019). I received a letter from VA that they approved my case on Sep 4, 2019. First line of letter " We made a decision on your VA benefits." I say that again " We made a decision on your VA benefits." then this {[(Combined Rating Evaluation of 10% Effective Date Feb 1, 1993 is granted an increased to 70% Effective Date of Aug 19, 2019.)]} Has anyone out there ever know the VA to make a decision the day they received a claim (Mailed Aug 16, 2019 – VA approved Aug 19, 2019). I thank you, Ivan B, working for Veteran Benefits Guide (VBG) for your professional services, and truly you did have my health issues at the top of your mind. You know what you are doing and it is well worth VBG’s fee! Again, I thank you, Ivan B.

I was very skeptical about VBA but a co-worker used them and was very happy. When I got out of the Navy 21 years ago I was rated 20% but was reduced by the VA to 10% a year later. Recently I've been having issues so I decided to try VBA hoping to get back to 20%. Because my records are so old it was difficult getting what I needed from the VA, but Brennen worked with me and was very patient and understanding. Because of the VBA process and expertise the VA raised me to 30%. TOTALLY unexpected but very grateful to VBA for their help. Well worth the money.
