Veterans Advantage, PBC Reviews (131)

My experience with Veterans Advantage was very positiveThe representative who assisted me with my inquiry was extremely professional and pleasant and was very willing to resolve my issueI was so glad to see a company that supports its members and works on their behalfBy the next day my issue was resolved as I had hopedThank you, Veterans Advantage!

I had trouble redeeming a discount through the site The head of marketing reached out personally and then contacted the vendor directly on my behalf to resolve the issue Great customer service!!!

Veteran's Advantage billed my credit card $for renewal material without contacting me first
The girl at the customer support number said it was their policy to send out a new pamphlet and membership card month before the renewal dateseemed very reluctant to try and get the billing reversed
I then cancelled my membership renewal at that time

I had a very positive experience contacting Veterans Advantage the other dayThe Customer Support person that answered was very beneficial in explaining company policiesHe had my issue resolved in a matter of minutesFriendly, understanding, professional, and helpfulGreat job

Every time I have a question or issue, the reps at Veterans Advantage are always very friendly and helpful Bridgette J helped me out today by updating my payment info She also asked if I find their website useful When I told her I’ve never used it, she sent me a very helpful email with great instructions The discounts from Veterans Advantage are excellent

Veterans Advantage, PBC and their staff are an above excellent service helping Veterans such as myself with service savings within the open marketplaceRecently I extended my Veterans Advantage membership, forgetting that I had utilized a previous savings advantage which covered me well into When the error was realized I contacted them and requested a return on the extension fees investedAnd though it was past the window of time given, the opportunity to reimburse my credit card was granted, allowing me to utilize the funds in other areas nowAs a disabled veteran on a monthly stipend, this helped greatly with current cost of living expensesThe representative Bridgett who helped escalate this for approval was a joy to work with and made the asking for their consideration based upon my own error, that much easierI highly recommend Veterans Advantage to all veterans and their familiesRespectfully yours,

After speaking with Kate, Customer Service Rep, about this, she told me that it is on the websiteA Seasoned & Due Diligent Rep would have guided myself to the exact location on the sitemap!
Not Kate, upon asking who her supervisor is that finally approved my REFUND, she told me AngelaEven asking Angela's Title, all Kate could tell me is that she is her immediate supervisorPrior to finding out that info, posed numerous Management Names & Titles to KateOnce again, felt like I didn't have the Proper Clearance to ask questions to herVery UNprofessional customer service demeanorDon't Walk, Don't Run, JUST Range Walk AWAY from this business!
There MUST BE a Business Out there in America who WILL NOT take Advantage of Veterans, Veterans' Advantage attempted to keep the $day Trial Fee! What a Shock to find out!
Never able to use the Program, attempted to with Greyhound, but would NOT process! Found out that the same 10% is provided with Military/ Veterans Affairs ID card!

So *** requires you to get a Veterans Advantage membership in order to receive a military discount I had the *** site up and the last Roomette available on the train for the date I wanted I followed the instructions to sign up for a trial account with Veteran's Advantage, they charged me which was fine with me, I thought I would try them The account number they furnished didn't work with AmtrakSo I just went ahead without them and made the *** reservation I then canceled the Veterans Advantage account and they refunded my and "cancelled" my account Fast forward one month, Veteran's Advantage charges my credit card $ Apparently canceling doesn't work I went through my credit card company and had them reverse the chargeIf you *** this organization it has very few positive reviews other than on its own Web SiteI also can't understand why Revdex.com has a A+ rating for this organization The only reviews are Negative and it has repeated complaints revolving around billing and cancellation issues How any reasonable system of assigning a Rating could give this organization anything above a "D" is a mystery to me This is also the reason I very rarely look at the Revdex.com website any more

its an scram don't be fool by this deceitful people

I am a new member to Veterans Advantage and with my first encounter concerning family members enrollment, my concern was handled very efficiently and timelyCustomer Service was decisive and handled my concern with great respectI would recommend this service to other veterans and family members that are looking for savings from companies that care
