Great customer service which was courteous and got results I was kept informed during the time it took to resolve the problem I had with one of the companies that failed to give me a discountIt apparently had a computer glitch that prevented the discount

I was billed for services I did not ask for After calling Veterans Advantage, I was informed that I had been setup on annual auto-renewal I have never given permission for Veterans Advantage to charge my credit card

Stacey M was very helpful with my request and most professional

I'm a long-time member and have used the discount feature of the website many times I recently had trouble logging on to the website as I changed my email subscriber recently and couldn't get a password reset I called customer service and explained my problem He took my info, changed my records and got me logged on Was only a minute time all together, Customer Service is the best!!!!! The benefits of the discounts are great every Summer during travel times

I had some difficulty at first but each and every time they responded to my issuesThey were quick to respond and help resolve my issuesI consider this a very good experience and a good programWith good communication in place there is no end to positive resultsThank you

I would like to express my feelings about the support I personally received from dealing with Veterans AdvantageI was shown how much it was to deal with an advantage for veterans such as myselfIt was an eye opening experience, very much getting a feeling of being truly supportedSuch friendly concern being shown

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM: Invalid discount codes, fake un-enrollment links, non-working contact optionsThe website seemed to offer some fairly decent deals available to Military and Vets Unfortunately after trying some of the "deals" I would get responses from their partner sites that the promo code / coupon / deal is not validFAKE UN-ENROLLMENT: Although the site appears to offer a way to opt out of auto payment there is no way to do so The site presents you with an page showing your 'enrollment' and has a check mark in a box that states "Your benefits are set to automatically renew..." The site continues "You may select to turn off the automatic renewal..." And also states to "Hit the "Update" button to process your changes" However, the site is designed so that there is no way to un-check the box and update your preferences- when you do so it gives you a pop up that instructs you to contact their support teamCONTACTING THEM IS IMPOSSIBLE: Phones are not answered and they direct you to contact them via the website live chat - When you try to do that it says chat is unavailable and to leave a message or callSave yourself the trouble Do not do business with this company

Veterans Advantage is a great service supporting America's VeteransI have saved many times more money than I spent to pay for the membershipIt is well worth it

I have been a member of Veteran's Advantage for quite some time, but have found their services not useful in the last year or two and had decided to cancel my membership
For some reason, the membership was auto-renewed and billed on 3-3-
The website states that there is a way to opt out of auto-renewal on the Member Account pageHowever, I have not been able to find any such thing
Veteran's Advantage can easily verify that I've not used a single benefit of their since the auto-renewalIn fact, it's been much longer since I used any benefit
I would like the auto-renewal fee to be refunded and the membership canceledNo hard feelings -- I just don't have any need for this service and don't appreciate the auto-billing

I have spoken with Veterans Advantage on separate instances and have had nothing but exceptional serviceThe staff is very knowledgeable and professionalThey go out of their way to understand your request and guide you in the right direction

I am part of the Veterans Reward with *** I got year membership for free and I just activated one of the benefits with VetRewards- my accidental insurance policy and I got the PDF version of my policy to print or saveI plan to continue my membership with VetRewards when my membership expiresCustomer Service Representative is very helpful and they gave me a link where to find the benefits and how to access themThey were very helpful and the wait time is not longI waited less than minutes

I first found out about the Veterans Advantage service in when I was planning a trip to D.Cto honor the fallen on Memorial DayWhen I went to book my Amtrak tickets, I saw the site mention the Veterans Advantage programI subscribed to the service and since then I’ve been receiving benefits as a VeteranThe biggest advantage is when I get a discount for my business and leisure travelAfter years of using Veterans Advantage, I am happy for it’s growth and what they do for veterans!
