We show that the customer is now being reimbursed on
expenses after the correct documents were provided with the claims. Our records
show that the original claims were denied because there was no itemized notice
or billing statement included with the claim as indicated in our claim
instructions.

OneExchange is a private Medicare exchange that is contracted by a number of employers, including DuPont, to work with its retirees and their spouses and dependents in transitioning from group health care coverage to individual Medicare health plans. Many of these employers have also set up a...

Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) for their retirees who are losing group coverage to help offset the cost of the individual Medicare plan.  OneExchange is aware of this matter and is currently working diligently to resolve.            We apologize for the inconvenience this matter has caused Mr. W[redacted] and assure you that we are doing all that we can to ensure this matter is   resolved.

This issue has not been resolved as of yet, they are still working on this. now they are sending us out a packet in 4-6 weeks. I will get back to you if & when resolved. this is going on 8 mos now Aug 1.

As of 5/23/2017 we had not received the participants claim form.  We can assist further once the claim form is received.

The issue has been identified and we are working towards
resolution.  The participant will be
notified upon resolution.

confirmed.  Without confirmation of the
participant’s eligibility, we do not have funds to process reimbursement

I am rejecting this response because:I was not notified. I am the one that has been calling and emailing for them to fix the issue.NO one form this company has contacted me.

We will reach out to the participant directly regarding the account status and address his concerns.

We have researched this account. There was a delay in processing these claims however we show that these claims are have been processed and the reimbursement provided to Mr. [redacted].

Case #: [redacted]Per our records this issue was resolved in November of 2016.  Our records show that reimbursements were successfully received in November and December of 2016 (and ongoing).

Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience this matter has caused Mr. D[redacted]. As stated previously, a letter was mailed to him on June 29, 2015 with detailed instructions on how to set up his reimbursements. If he is unclear or if he has not received this letter, he should again contact us and we will be happy to assist him.  We are sorry we have not met his expectations and sorry for the inconvenience this matter has caused, however, we are considering this matter closed.

The HRA funding issue
was corrected on May 28, 2015 and we informed Mrs. D[redacted] of this on May 29,
2015.  It also appears as though all
documents have been mailed to her and she has received them.
 
We are sorry to hear
of the many difficulties she has had and that we have not met her
expectations.  We appreciate the
feedback, as we are continually working on ways to improve our service.
