Software was offered to the customer and after proper confirmation the order was  placed.  All the proper guidelines were followed before processing the payment and without customer's permission or authorization no charges can be processed. As we can see that customer is looking for a refund of her money per the desired settlement. We have proceeded with the same and refunded the money, the amount would reflect within 5-7 business days. I did receive a call upon removal of Virus Eraser on Nov 11, 2016 from [redacted]. There was no conversation re the purpose of the call as I was upset by the apparent scam by Virus Eraser and expressed displeasure and hung up and placed a call block and terminated my visa through my bank. 
I am not seeking any compensation other than to draw attention to their questionable business practices

I am rejecting this response because:  I have not received any refund.  It is now June 10 of they have me a refund on the third I would have received it already.  
I keep getting phone calls about my refund.  They tell me that I have to go to my computer and download a new program in order to get my refund.  I won't download anything from them.  When I asked for a physical check they told me I have to buy a $200 iTunes card from [redacted].  I told them in going to contact you again.

Beware if you are contacted by a "MS Tech" followed by a contact by Virus Eraser. They are in cahoots as a fraudulent operation. MS Tech will cause problems with your computer. Then you will be contacted by Virus Eraser to fix the problems that MS Tech caused. Virus Eraser will offer you computer protection for periods from 3 years minimum (about $1900 to a "lifetime" plan at exorbitant prices (such as $3,980 dollars!). If you indicate any agreement without your signing in you will be enrolled in and sent to "Casper Antivirus"! Virus Eraser will ask for your bank account number and/or a credit card number. They will harass you for payment by phone and/or email.
WARNING! Stay Away. This is a major scam!

Review: Hello I purchased this Virus Protection Program because I had a computer virus it did not clear the virus and it turned off on my security features on my computer. I purchased it on April 22nd 2016 they sent me an email stating Refund on April 30th and this is May 9th and I still haven't received my refundDesired Settlement: I want my refund back in my account with no questions asked who is my banking institution $105.50
