Order placed yesterday and request processed today, not sure how this is a Revdex.com issue? Apologies if you had to leave a message, we do our best to respond within hoursEmail confirmation sent to you, order cancelled and deleted

We apologize that we are running behind shipping ordersd, There are hundereds of people posting pictures of mugs and how awesome they are.We ran into some issues and are now dealing to do all we can to ship the orders onutWe have tried to keep updated with emails and have extra staff helping out.I have emailed customer as well

Items were ordered Nov 14, we have been running behind but order has shipped with tracking information USPSHave emailed tracking direct to client.We take law enforcement support very seriously, we just took on something way to big for our small company and have done our best but have let some clients down, Hope you will enjoy the mugs

We have not received an email or a call from customerI called and left a message that refund was placed and emailed customer a copy.Weekly emails have gone out to update customers on their ordersCopies of our donation cheques and receipts have been posted to show our donationsI am happy to talk to client but if do not know there is a problemI am happy to forward emails that have gone out to all that have purchased cupsI am happy to forward hundereds of positive emails and reviews bu customers and police officers thanking our small family business for our unique items and support, Bruce
