RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. Sent: Monday, February 13, 2017 10:23 AM... Subject: Complaint # [redacted] However since this time this company has now charged my checking account an additional $19.99. I did not authorize this payment and nor was this the agreement. I received my product and a representative called me and expressed his apologies. However after this is when they charged my account the additional $19.99. Which then caused my account to be overdrawn and produced bank fees. I am now reporting my debit card lost so I can get a new number so this company cannot do this again. But I need my money refunded as well as the $28.00 bank fee. Please help me with this matter.
