We are sorry we are behind in shipping and are doing best to catch up. Your order was shipped previously with [redacted] tracking and you should have received an email, The other charge was the handle ordered that also shipped. Apologies again on delay.

Spoke to [redacted] a few minutes ago. His order is shipping by Monday.Emails went out explaining delays. I will update him with tracking on his order MondayBruce

Customer was given refunds for February, March and April recurring charge of $19.97. Also be advised her flag order was shipped out to her April 10, 2017. Her membership status for the [redacted] that had been originally agreed upon by her is cancelled as well.
